I sighed, dressed in a beautiful golden knee length dress which I had worn in the assumption of having a small family dinner from the accomplishment of the highschool, turned out to be more like a party. Mother had ignored my request for a small family dinner and had thrown a huge dinner party inviting all our investors, business men, potential suitors it was just chaos.

"I feel as if this is a deja vu, you sipping your champagne looking miserable." I rolled my eyes as I heard Angel's voice, I turned my head towards him where he held a wide smirk on his lips.
"And I remember the same cocky smirk on your face, which I so badly wished I could slap away." I spoke nonchalantly, he let out a low chuckle shaking his head whilst looking down.

"I'm pretty sure, princess those fingers are better at doing something much more pleasurable than slapping my face." I felt my stomach turn hearing his words, I could see lust flash in his eyes for a quick second before it disappeared.

"There you are, I was feeling like an outcast here." Crystal said approaching me, with baby Ares in her arms. I was thanking god for sending her my way, I did not know if I was able to stop the bones inside of me from jumping on Angel.

"Hi, Angelos." Crystal waved before settling beside me, Angel stood up straight sending the kind greeting back her way.
"I should look for Ace." He smiled before walking away, my eyes trailed behind him before he was stopped by an business man who engaged him in a discussion.

"He's hot." I snapped my head towards Crystal, with my eyebrows arched. She gave me a smirk before looking back at Angel.
"Last time I remember your happily married and have a child." I threw in, she raised her hands in surrender making me roll my eyes at her before sipping my wine.

"I am still a women, sister. I have eyes to appreciate men species." She added in, making me laugh and she joined in.
"Well I think I should be the last person you should say this too, if you have not forgotten I am Ace's best friend." I added in, making her roll her eyes.

"Ace told me Angelos is here to find a bride, he has come of age. And his mother wants him wedded off."I stiffened at the mention of marriage, I was sure Angel knew I was not in any way ready to marry anyone. But something inside me feared that he would find someone else to marry instead.
"O-Oh. I mean that's great." I stuttered, before looking away in hopes Crystal did not catch on to my stuttering.

"From what I know, his mother has already found him a suitable match. However, he declined saying he wants to marry out of love not arranged. His mother has given him a limit to find himself a bride and if he fails he must marry who she has chosen for him." I frowned mentally at the gossip my sister was sharing with me, this was all wrong. I was being selfish with my attraction towards him that I was preventing him from finding his true match someone who would want to marry him, someone who was not me.

"I need to go to my room, can you do me a favour and tell mum I have a headache?" I asked, standing up and placing the empty wine glass on the bar before sending my confused sister a small smile.
"Do you want me to tag along?" She asked, standing up, I shook my head at her.

"Enjoy the party." I said before turning around and walking away, with everything I had just discovered I had come to a conclusion I had to stop everything that was going on with me and Angel.

I walked out of the banquet hall, making my way towards the double door which would lead me outside.
"Leaving early." I froze hearing his voice, the man I wanted to avoid. I turned to face him and gave him a small smile.

"I decided it is best to go sleep, I am tired after all." I lied, he approached me making me look around in hopes to find anyone here but to my dismay there was no one around. I did not trust myself around him, I had to leave.

"Well, maybe we can spend some time together. Everyone is busy in the party." He whispered, his breath fanning on my neck and cheek. I felt my stomach twist as his words, I gulped my spit.
"Maybe another time, I am tired." I said hurriedly as I turned to leave but he grasped ahold of my arms turning my around and pulling me closer until my chest pressed against him.

"Come with me." He said, ignoring my words to go home and being tired. He pulled me inside one of the rooms, pressing my body against the nearest wall once the door was shut behind us.
"I have been meaning to catch you alone." He whispered as he began to trail kisses down my neck, I closed my eyes as an unwanted moan escaped my parted lips.

"A-Angel. I-" my words were cut off by his index finger on my lips silencing me.
"Shhh, princess. Just enjoy the moment." He whispered before slamming his lips on to mine, I gasped as I felt him squeeze my butt and he took the advantage by sliding his tongue into my mouth.

I moaned in pleasure lost in the moment, my palms on his neck trailing down to his chest.

Crystal's words replay in my head, snapping me out of the world of lust. I push him away opening the door and running out as quick as I could.
"Callista, wait." I heard him yell behind me, but i quickly got into my car and started my engine before driving off, leaving him standing watching my car drive away.
