"Never say goodbye"
——
I felt as my heart had gone up my throat as I zoomed into the parking lot of the hospital, I rushed out running inside to the reception.
"Se poio domátio vrísketai i Callista Moore. viasteíte parakaló." I spoke to the receptionist in Greek, she typed the name on the computer searching for Callista. I heard footsteps behind me, I turned to see Crystal and Ace coming towards me with Ares in Ace's arms. Crystal looked torn apart, eyes red and puffy like mine.
"eínai sto domátio 105, allá kaneís den boreí na tin episkefteí se krísimi katástasi. boreíte na kathísete stin aíthousa anamonís." The receptionist spoke, just hearing about how serious she was made me want to fall to my knees and cry. I nodded my head wiping my tears with the back of my blazer sleeves and began to rush towards the elevator.
"What did the receptionist say, Angelos?" Crystal asked, her words cracking making me turn towards her.
"S-She's critical. No one's allowed to visit her, we have to wait in the waiting room." I said as we entered the elevator and slammed the floor number where she was.I would never be able to forgive myself if something happened to her.
"This is all my fault, I should have never encouraged her to come to Greece." My head slammed towards Crystal's words, why did she encourage her to come here.
"Why did she come here?" I asked, Crystal looked at me with her glossy eyes."She came to crash your wedding, she realised how much she loves you. She couldn't bare the thought of you marry someone other than her, she knows your perfect for her." I felt my heart squeeze at her words, Callie was coming here for me. She loved me, and now she's in the hospital critical because of me.
As the elevator door slid open I rushed out, looking for room 105, upon finding it and stood outside. Just as the doctor walked out.
"Are you the imitate family of Callista Moore?" He asked, and Crystal rushed forward and nodded her head.
"I-I am her sister, how is she? Is she going to be fine? Can I see her?" Crystal began to bombard the doctors with questions that even I wanted to know."She's very serious, we have operated her but the next twenty four hours is crucial. If she does not react to the medication then-" I grabbed his collar with my palms pushing him against the wall as Crystal and Ace began to pull me away.
"Nothing will happen to her, if anything happens to her I will shut this fucking hospital down. Do you hear me,Tha frontíso na min vreis douleiá pouthená. Mark my words." I threatened before releasing my hold on him, he straightened his white coat but nodded his head fear clear in his eyes."I-I understand." He said before rushing away, I fell to my knees holding my face in my hand as I began to sob.
"She's going to be fine." Crystal whispered as she wrapped her arms around me, rubbing my back.
"She's in there because of me, I-if anything happens to her I will never forgive myself." I stuttered, I loved that women to bits, and it would kill me if anything happened to her."It is not your fault, listen to me Angelos. She will be fine, Callie has come out of Coma, when doctors thought she would not make it. I know my sister, she is strong. Do you hear me, Callista is fucking strong." I lifted my head to face Crystal and nodded my head at her words, she was right my Prinkípissa was strong, she would fight through this.
Time had passed and we all waited patiently in the waiting room, the sky had become dark and my anxiousness was reaching its peak. Ares began to cry, as Crystal shook him to silent him.
"I think you should take him home, this is not a place for him to be." I said to which Ace nodded his head in agreement."No, I want to be here." Crystal said stubbornly, but Ace turned her around so she would face him.
"Ares needs you, Dorian is here if she wakes up he will let us know. Let's go to our hotel room." She nodded her head at his words giving up, I hugged them as they walked out leaving me alone.I closed my eyes as her face flashed in them, her smile, her eyes willed with happiness. Her button nose, she looked beautiful.
"Members of Callista Moore." Instantly my eyes flew open, I stood up as the nurse looked at me.
"Yes." I said, she nodded her head a clip board in her hand.
"She has awoken, she's asking for someone named Angelos." My heart skipped a beat hearing my name, she was calling for me."That's me." I said and she nodded her head asking me to follow her, I silently followed behind her as we reached the room door where Callie was in. I twisted the door handle before pushing it open, instantly I could hear the beeping of the machine and the smell of medicine.
I walked further inside, my eyes landing on Callista, she looked pale. Her head was bandaged up, she had needles in her arms and looked so vulnerable. I just wanted to wrap my arms around her and protect her.
Her eyes met mine, as I sat beside her.
"A-Am I late?" She asked, her voice cracking. I grabbed ahold of her palms bringing it to my lips as I kissed it.
"No Prinkípissa, you can never be late." I whispered to her, a small smile appeared on her face and she looked relieve."I-I'm sorry. I've hurt you so much, and now again I have made you cry." She whispered, my red and puffy eyes said it all and I did not bother denying the fact that I had been crying.
"Shh, you don't need to apologies. I will cry thousand times if your away from me, but I will smile a million times if you are near me. Don't never leave me." I whispered back to her and she nodded her head with a smile on her face. She let go of my hand and caressed my cheeks. I leaned into her touch enjoying it.
"I love you, Angel. Don't get married to anyone other than me, or I will seriously kill you." I let out a loud chuckle, which she joined in. I stood up leaning closer to her before pecking her lips.
"I'm all yours." I whispered and she hummed her eyes brightening at my words.
