"girls time to get changed!! we only have 1 minute until the bell so you better hurry!"
i threw my racket onto the floor, shooting grace an annoyed look. she runs up to me and links arms, we run out of the hall together and into the changing rooms.
"this is so stupid, it's not our fault we can't
hit for sh*t! and they made us stay in there until we hit it. how am i supposed to get changed in 30 seconds?" i say, aggressively ripping my clothes off.
"i know right, i hate pe so much. but we should be partners more often." she says, smiling at me.
"as if, i don't wanna be seen with you again." i say sarcastically.
i take my shirt off, leaving me in my black skort and yellow lacy bra. i kneel down to look through my bag, frantically trying to find my school shirt.
"BRO THE DOORS LITERALLY OPEN!" i hear somebody shout as i turn to look.
the door was in fact open. and i, in my bra was in the direct eyeline of the people passing by.
i see a familiar face.
it's him. it's noah. he's stood outside the door, leaning against the wall fully changed into his school uniform waiting for his friends. he has one hand in his pocket, the other holding his phone. he looks up from his phone because of all the noise and stares me directly in the eye through his glasses. i stand there frozen, my school shirt tangled on my arms as i quickly tried to get it on earlier but couldn't in time. i look at him and look down. then i remember i'm only wearing my bra.
i quickly look up and cover my chest with my arms as his eyes suddenly widen and his face turns red. he turns around, proceeding to walk the other way in a hurry.
i spun around quickly and shout to grace,
"THE WHOLE WORLD JUST SAW ME IN MY BRA! INCLUDING NOAH!"
"good for them! glad they could enjoy the show! maybe noah will stop giving you dirty looks now." she says, winking.
i roll my eyes and angrily stuff my clothes into
my bag as i chuck it on my back.
"right, we need to leave NOW."
