chapter -3 PRE MEET TANDEMS !!

The next morning... ::-

At the reception of ** hcpr pro ** (akshara's company ) the landline rings ... the receptionist picks it up and after enquiring who it was on the other side immediately apologizes for making  them wait and signals reesha .. to handle the call by herself as she got quite nervous listening to the rain of  questions from the other side .....

Soon reesha took the receiver and spoke ..."" good morning this is reesha mehta speaking .. marketing assistant of hcpr pro ... who's this ... "" she stated in one go ...
From the other side a voice came .. "" morning!! This is dhruv rathee speaking .. cheif marketing manager at birla associates... you must have heard of us"" he said hoping for a yes from the other side ..
"" sir ! We at hcpr pro are more considerate towards doing our work in the best way possible... hence ,, we don't  focus on any other companies or their names ..but how can i help you sir "" she stated sternly ..
Dhruv found it rude but still for the sake of professionalism he continued..

""".. our company is interested to have a one of it's kind tie up with hcpr pro .. and regarding that .. my boss wants to have a meeting with the owner of your company"" he said in a more professional tone "" and... further details can't be disclosed with you .. we would like the two heads of both companies to discuss the confidential deal "" he concluded .. (rather took a payback of the rudeness he received few moments back )

Reesha being her proffesional self ..agreed to all his terms and informed him "" alright sir !! Today evening by 6.00 pm your boss  appointment has been set up .. will mail you further details there ..""

Dhruv affirmed .. and they ended the call ..

Dhruv rushed to Abhimanyu's cabin and excitedly said .."" Abhimanyu..!! The meeting has been fixed and guess what .. we have got appointment of this same day .. ""

Hearing that .. a satisfying smile spread over Abhimanyu's face .. "" he gave a fist bump to dhruv and said "" that's a great news ... let's prepare ourselves ... we can't lose this opportunity.."" with determination in his eyes.. and a hope of expecting something good to happen in this day ahead ..!!

Dhruv left from there in order to prepare the presentation for the tie up .. and Abhimanyu started checking the ideas on  browser to make this tie up more innovative and presentable .. so that they can't deny at all .. all this while a smile ( a rare one ) intact on his face ..

Reesha .. gatecrashed akshara's cabin and ... informed her about the phone call and the appointment.. lined up ..

Akshara had faith over reesha so she didn't enquired much about the terms and ... asked reesha "" go prepare a presentation for our softwares and there specifications.. in a pie chart along with all the records of previous follow ups.. "" she said while gazing at the wall in front of her eyes still thinking something
(what ?? Keep reading !! )

Reesha noted down and alshara further added .. "" we should not be unprepared just because we don't know the theme of the meeting .. "" she concluded sipping her coffee .. followed by reesha's exit from her cabin ..
She then checked on browser to know more about the company .. and it's previous projects if any ..
All this while she had a different energy and determination to turn out this meeting a successful one...
(Why ?? Well she herself didn't knew it ) ..

AT THE PARKING LOT OF BIRLA ASSOCIATES..

Abhimanyu is constantly calling his freind cum manager dhruv ... for the nth time .. and he was as always .. LATE !!

Finally he arrived .. abhimanyu glared him and said angrily.. "" are we going to see your would be wife .. or mine why the hell you took so long to arrive for the meeting ... "" anxiety was written all over his face.. dhruv catched it and stated cheekily "" chillax abhimanyu..!! Chillax !! We have still an hour to go for the meeting.. and you are behaving as if this is your .. first meeting .... "" (he gigled ) making Abhimanyuu even more angry .. but dhruv catched his freind's bad mood and signaled him to get seated ..

They sat in the car and abhimanyu drove away towards their destination..

**HCPR PRO **OFFICE

Akshara was doing rounds around the reception to ensure everything falls at place and .. the meeting should happen peacefully.. watching all this ..
reesha chuckled before uttering            "" Akshara relax ...it's just a meeting, from when did you started having meeting anxieties ""

Akshara nodded giving a sheepish smile .. and went towards her cabin ...
And putted on her headphones to avoid this sudden feeling ...

I know you all want them to meet asap !! But next update is about there first encounter only ... promise
