chapter -6 - CHANGE IN ROUTINE ?

Things were going well since last 3 weeks as akshara was working with abhimanyu on the tie up with whole heart and soul they have become really good freinds .meanwhile... )

One fine day .. akshara .. didn't reached at birla associates... till afternoon 3 pm ...
Here abhimanyu was concerned and was doing rounds in his cabin .. continuously calling akshara.... But her phone was switched off ...

He was tensed thinking that the kind of girl akshara is .. nobody can agree over the fact that she will take a leave from her work without informing anyone .... And that too when she is so invested in this project ... Not possible ....

Just then he heard a creeking sound from the gate of his cabin .. he turned and a girl walked in who's face was not visible because of the stack of files in her hand .. which may fall down anytime..
He reached out to help her but before that his thigh unknowingly pushed the table when he passed by and that tabl
.,e reached to her legs and with that push .. she lost her balance and tripped, in no time she was in abhimanyu's arms clinging onto his three / fourth folded sleeves .. eyes closed tightly in fear...
Slowly she opened her dove shaped eyes ...Abhimanyu saw her starry intense eyes .. and realised it was none other than akshara ..

( so now he can identify her just by her eyes ..mmm)

The eye contact was a longer one this time.. filled with fear , guilt , care , questions, and then hitted the awkwardness.. which was not being felt much awkward to either one of them this time ..
They soon heard some footsteps towards his cabin so he made her stand still .. and started helping her .. in collecting the files that fell down when she slipped by kneelingdown.. without giving her a single glance.. akshara .. also came back to earth immediately and ..she kneeled down as well to pick up the files .. she tried looking at him in btw .. but he didn't looked at her back .. while being busy in arranging the papers ...
She felt disappointed..
( why ..?? Even she didn't knew ) .
She concentrated back on the papers..

They arranged it all .. and got up .. placed the files on his desk .. still looking for a reason to start ..a convo ..

She finally spoke .."" I'm sorry .. for the mess and that ..."" trying to find the appropriate words .. while looking down at the floor but Abhimanyu cutted her in btw and .. said .. "" why were you late today ... that's soo unusual of you .. i though you have decided to take a leave today "".. he giggled .. but after looking at her face he knew this didn't went well with her .. so he asked in a comforting tone.. "" all ok !!?"" ...

She uplifted her eyelashes .. meeting his gaze ..( and .. internally she felt similarly .. like how a thirsty man in desert would feel when he finds an ocean there )
This was the first time somebody actually was keen on asking her intrests , and was intrested in knowing whether she is alright ..!! ..in her busy worcoholic schedule she never got time to ask her own self whether she is alright ..and here this man standing right in front of her who has known her for just 3 weeks is .. giving so much stress over the question "" WHETHER SHE IS ALRIGHT ..??""

She tried her best but She couldn't lie to him about the delay ...and she finally uttered "" I am actually having some medical issues regarding my workaholic routine ... i had a back injury in childhood..due to which i am not allowed to work .. for more than 11 hours but since past several months I'm working for 13 hours a day on my company and now after I've started this case study here for the tie up ... I've been working for nearly 18 hours ..and then i finish the remaining projects of my office by working the whole night .. for past 3 weeks ..!! So last evening i had a shooting pain in my backbone due to whoch i got admitted.. there for the whole night .. just got discharged a hour ago and rea..""
Abhimanyu didn't even let her complete and he immediately held her from elbow and made her sit on the chair ... gave her a glass of water ...and told in a stern tone "" are you crazy ..?? , there is no need to continue the on field case study .. nothing is more important than your health ... for me right now !! ....i mean for the tie up right now "" he tried covering up for the sudden care he showed..

Akshara was overwhelmed seeing this care of his towards her that for her health he is ready to halt the on field study for his dream tie up in one go without thinking twice ...
"" but i want to do it .,,, not for the tie up profits,, but because i know how much the tie up means to you ... "" she said mirroring the same affection towards him ...

Abhimanyuu thought ( she is really insane for this ... she is not well, has been discharged an hour ago , and still here she is convincing me to not end our feild project .. just because she wants me to be satisfied about the tie up at the end ...)

"" akshara tie up can be done nicely without indulging so much into it ...I'll be guilty if again.. ""he was speaking but was cut down in btw by a knock on his cabin ...
It was reesha .. abhimanyu gave her a nod and she marched inside ...
"" you are cutting your work hours from today onwards ... and i don't need any excuse about that .."" she ordered akshara (obviously out of care )

Both abhimanyu and reesha were giving her revolting glares ... thus that poor soul had to surrender ..
(Author chuckles ..)

Abhimanyu and reesha .. discussed her schedule and made it cut to 6 hours in morning that too at **hcpr pro **'s office .. and then she will go for an hour long physiotherapy... and then she will get her rest .. at home..

Akshara didn't expected such care and affection from any of her buissness partners... neither did she felt any need ever ...but this time .. she was somewhere liking how he involved himself into reesha's planning just to ensure she is well ... she had a guilt though .. because of her health issues ..his freind's (remember??they are freinds now ) tie up won't be upto the mark ... 'no akshara you have to do this ' came a voice from within ..
"" i will follow your instructions only if my one wish is considered into my routine .."" she stated authoritatively...
Reesha and abhimanyu were clueless but agreed thinking it could be some recreational activity of hers that she wants to be included ...
"" morning 6 hours at my office check ! , 1 hour physiotherapyyyyy checked !
4 hours at birla associates in evening for ... tie up prep ... NO....!! ""

Eyed abhimanyuu in disagreement...when he read the changes she made in her routine ...

""Then i won't follow any of your planning that's it "" she said stubbornly...the stubbornness was for the fact that she wanted to do it for her freind here who is giving his everything to this tie up .....!!

Her cute antics were something abhimanyu just can't ignore / duck ..
He had to give up ..but not before stating ..."" okay but you won't stress yourself much over your work more than what we have planned ...is that clear "" he expected a yes ..and She nodded while smiling sheepishly !!

All three of them chuckled later on dhruv joined them and four of them had a coffee party ..
Then akshara ..went back home as abhimanyu advised her to take rest today ..and continue from tomorrow..
She had to agree to him ...

Alright guys ...so this chapter is from their friendship phase ...
It's comparatively long as compared to the previous ones ...
