~Leeteuk's P.O.V~

Ruki is ever so slowly driving me insane.

He was like a tyrant that just loved dictating the dorm and everything Jinmee or Donghae related.

Whenever I sat next to her, be it on the sofa, the floor, or in a moving vehicle, he always managed to weasel himself between us and break us apart. He made sure that I was as far away from Jinmee as I could possibly get no matter what we were doing.

Not only did he keep us separated, but he also had to put his two cents into every conversation I had with Jinmee, even with a high level of secrecy we had to go through to even communicate without being split up by Ruki.

The only other thing he managed to do that absolutely drove me to the brink of losing my mind was the way he dictated Jinmee's decisions. If he wanted to go out, they went out without any further questions. If he wanted to see a movie, they saw a movie. If he didn't want her near me, then she'd obediently stay away. Whatever Ruki wanted, Ruki got without a problem.

And he definitely make it a point to rub that fact in my face.

He'd show off Jinmee and Donghae to me by announcing their plans for "family time", knowing that being a part of such a family was something I secretly longed for. Though their "family time" was more so "Ruki just wants to do what Ruki wants and ignore his child and his child's mother". If any attention was paid to someone other than himself, it was to Jinmee and Jinmee only. Poor Donghae was neglected and ignored no matter how he tried to gain his father's attention. The little boy, more times than not, came home a bawling and pouty mess.

In short, Ruki's attention belonged solely himself and occasionally to Jinmee. Though in regards to the her, it wasn't her words or beauty he was attentive to.

His eyes seemed to love more of the parts that shouldn't be stared at my anyone other than herself if she so decided to suddenly do so. He'd eye her body up and down 24/7 no matter who was watching. Ryeowook had certainly noticed and low-key cursed Ruki behind his back.

Most of the others were either stupid or way too oblivious for their own good to notice any of the man's doings since he'd arrived.

I was in the midst of getting dressed to take an energetic Knight for a walk when a knock interrupted my thought process.

"Jungsu? You in there?" I heard Jinmee say from the other side.

At the sound of her gentle voice, I hurriedly pulled on my jeans before rushing to open the door.

"What did you need?" I asked, trying to hide the smile that wanted to take up residence on my face. I haven't been able to hold a decent conversation with her since Ruki came into the picture.

"Wow~, I didn't know you were so fit. I thought you were just all talk and no bite, old man. I don't think I've ever seen abs like these in person," she said, eyeing my shirtless torso.

I sighed and blushed in embarrassment.

"I'm not that old, and of course I'm fit. I'm an idol,"

"Whatever you say. But that's beside the point. I came to ask you for help,"

"Help with what?"

"Help with keeping Ruki away from me for a day. Sooner or later, he's going to drive me insane,"

You and me both. I thought to myself.

"I was about to take Knight for a walk. You can grab Cocoa and come with us,"

She thought for a minute before nodding.

"Why not? Poor Cocoa has been stuck inside since I haven't gotten a chance to take her out. Is it okay if Donghae tags along, too? The others can't babysit him today since they're all busy or catching up on sleep, and I don't trust him alone with his father,"
