Chapter 11

At night, Yuriko was outside, after she and Yoon finished their work, Yoon went to store the medicine somewhere safe, then sleep, and Yuriko just take her katana that she place in front of the door and starts to walk back into the forest, she then search for something in her sleeve, but she couldn't find it, so she conclude that her hair tie maybe got cut or falls when she fight with the Fire Tribe at the cliff before.

She then just let her hair down like that and unsheated her katana then just starts to train there, from doing the basic movements, until she sheated her katana again and she then starts to hit a tree in patterns, from using the hilt of her katana, the blunt part of her katana, then she place her katana down, and pulls out the dagger Hak gives to her.

She stare at it for a few seconds, ".... Ojousama didn't return it to me...." She mumble this then just start to make an "X" on another tree, then move back until she feels it was far enough from the tree, then she throws the dagger to the "X" mark.

She makes sure it's in the middle of the "X", then pull out the dagger then walk to a longer distance from before then throw it again, take some small rocks beside her feet and throw it, if it didn't hit the middle of the mark, she would try it again until she could hit it three times in row.

And she just do this again and again, until she hears some rustling behind her, she quickly make a fighting position, she prepare herself with her dagger, since her katana was a little bit far from there. The rustling sounds get more and more closer, then she finally see someone walks from a bit far from there, so she walks slowly to the person.

Then, she can tell that he's someone familiar by the figure she see, 'Don't tell me....' "Hak-sama...?" She tries to call his name, makes the figure turns to her.

"Oh, Yuriko. What are you doing here?" This makes her eyebrow twitch.
"That’s my line, why are you here? You should've stay on the bed for now, you know?" He could see clearly that she's frowning when she say this.
"I went to look for my spear." He said this, which making her more annoyed.

"And? Can you find it?" She asks him with an annoyed expression.
"That’s the problem. I can't found it anywhere, you know? Do you know where it was?" When he ask this, he raised his eyebrow in wonder. 'Is she mad..?'
"Oh, well? If only you take a look in the room where you got treated maybe you would find it?" She answer him with a light glare.

"Oh, so you've bring it." He nod, then after a little moment of silence, he glance at Yuriko, "Hey... Are you mad?" He asked hesitantly.
"No, why would I mad?"
"I don't know. You're the one who's mad."
"I told you, I'm not mad." She then walks away from there.
"Oh really." He will not be fooled with that kind of lie, he then persistenly follow her.
"Yes, now if you would excuse me. I want to continue to practice." She walks faster then before.

"Oh, then let's train together."
"No. Go back. Rest." She didn't even look back to face him.
"Come on, don't be so cold, and for some reason I feel my body was kind of lighter than before."
'Of course, I kind of heal you after everyone fell asleep. I just want to make sure you survive.'
"Oh is that so? Good for you I guess." She continue to walks without look pat him, even after she got back to where she just practice.

She then picks up her katana and sheathed her dagger.
"Yeah, it feels good after not being able to move for a whole day, but, seriously, Yuriko, why are you acting like this?" He leans on a tree in front of her to make her look at him, which she did look at him with a frown.

"... Do you not realize how bad your state before? And now, just because you can move you already walks around like nothing happens? What if even down here there's enemy? What if a soldier still looks around here? You are injured. You are poisoned. And you, don't have a single weapon with you, how will you fight them? I know that you're strong, but in that state...." She walks towards him and stop right in front of him, then looks at him straight in the eye while she grits her teeth and even though her eyes got teary, the glare she give him remain unwaver.
