Chapter 14

"It's become rather hard to see." Hak says as he look at right and left.
"How far did Yoon go?" Yona ask.
"The foggy phantom village... I have a feeling that village is around here..." Hak says.
".... Yeah... They're near." Yuriko close her eyes.

"Hak! Nee-sama, this is bad!" Yona's sudden shout makes the two of them looks behind, but they couldn't see anything but mist.

"I can't see anything." Hak sweat dropped.
"Where are you?"
"Over here!" Yona shouts once again, then Yuriko and Hak walks to where the sound come from.

"Come quickly! Yoon, he.. He disappeared...!" As they reached where Yona was they saw Yoon's luggage.

"Nee-sama! This is Yoon's luggage, right?!" Yuriko then looks around, but she couldn't see anything then mist.

"Yoon! Where are you?! Answer me!" Yona shouts.

Then suddenly, there's sounds comes out from around them, it seems like they've surround them.

"Go away. Be gone."
"Leave this ground at once!"

"Who are you?!" Yona ask them, but of course they didn't answer her.
"If you step any further, you will receive divine punishment." They warns them again.

Yuriko then walks to the front, "Hak-sama, please protect ojousama." She then take one more steps to the front and unsheated her katana, "Now now... Don't be too cold and please let us.." She then swing her katana straight from the left to the right, cutting through the mist and make it slowly gone in few seconds, "In!" As the mist that surround them is gone they could see that many people with white hair surround them and aim their bows at them, which making Hak hugs Yona to shield her from them as Yuriko stand in front of the two of them.

"Who are you...?!"
"She cleared our fog away with just one swing...!"
"Are you guys people from the dragon village?" Hak ask them.

"It seems they know our clan."
"Then that is all the more reason... To not allow them to go back alive."
"Was the boy from earlier your companion?" One of people with white hair ask them.

"Excuse me... I would kindly ask you to put your weapons down." Yuriko says as she puts down her katana on the ground.
"Yuriko, what are yo-"
"Don't worry, Hak-sama, please put your spear down, too." She just says this, which then Hak put his Hsu Quandao on the ground with hesitance, then face the village people again.

"Well?" She gives them a smile.
".... Well..." Then one by one, they lower their bows, "Thank you." Yuriko says with another polite smile.

Then she start to talk again, "The boy you capture is our companion, so would you please return him to us?" She tries to ask them again. But she cut them off before they could say anything.

"And as you can see, this girl here... Has red hair, you must know... What's that means right?" She step aside to show Yona (and her hair) to them.

"!... You..."
"Red hair..."
"That’s red hair..."
"It can't be..."
"But it's a girl."

"Where do you come from, red-haired girl?" One of them jumps down from the tree and knelt in front of her.

"The land of wind. We recieved guidance from the high priest to seek out the four dragon warriors and the crystal dragon. Are you the one who possesses the blood of one of the dragons?" Yona calmly answers them.

"Ooh... From the high priest...?!"
"... No. We're the protectors of the White Dragon. Let me guide you... To Hakuryuu village."

"Aaannnd on your left you can see a statue of lord Hakuryuu...." The person who questioning Yona earlier guide the three of them to take a tour inside the village.
