Kakuei, Hidetoshi, and Wakumi walked towards the WAC expo center.
Kakuei: I've said it at least thrice and I'll say it again. This is awesome!
Wakumi: Yeah, we get it. No need to hammer it into our brains.
Hidetoshi: Just chill out, he's having fun.
The three of them walked to the sign up booth, where the guy there gave Kakuei an application sheet to fill out, which he did.
Sign up guy: A bit messy, but it'll do. Go to that bridge to get to the hangout area.
Kakuei: Will do!
Kakuei ran over to the escalators.
Hidetoshi: Hey, wait up!
Hidetoshi and Wakumi ran after him. The escalators led to a connected bridge which led to a huge outside area.
Kakuei: This is--
Wakumi gave Kakuei a mean stare.
Kakuei: Pretty nice.
The three explored the area. They saw various racing drivers from around the world, and plenty of cool-looking AI race cars. Suddenly, Kakuei bumped into a pair of black-haired twins.
Twin #1: Hey, watch it!
Kakuei: Me, watch it? You were in my way!
Wakumi: Who even are you two, anyways?
The first twin did a pose.
Denny: You can call me Denny Chapman!
The second twin also did a pose.
Benny: And I'm his twin, Benny Champan!
Denny: And we're...
Denny/Benny: THE DYNAMITE BROTHERS!
Benny: This is our rookie season, and we're looking to obtain our very first victory!
Denny: Now, witness our awesome AI cars!
Denny presented to the trio a turquoise AI car with a black hood and spoiler and the number 5.
Denny: This is the Shining Zircon!
Benny presented an AI car that looked almost the same as Denny's, only it had a teal spoiler and its roof was also black.
Benny: And this is the Brilliant Azure!
Denny and Benny proceeded to do a bunch of kung-fu punches and kicks.
Wakumi: These two slightly creep me out.
Suddenly, a tan-skinned silver-haired girl pushed the Dynamite Brothers out of her way.
Denny: Gah! Rude!
Silver-Haired girl: I don't care.
Kakuei: Umm, who is she?
Benny: That's Alice Doyle.
Denny: AKA, Major Jerk.
Alice: Stop that! Anyways, it seems we have a rookie on our hands.
Kakuei: Uhhh, yeah.
Alice: Pah! Rookies don't have racing talent! Unlike me.
Alice showed Kakuei her AI car. It had a similar design to the Red Magnum, but was blue and red and sported the number 55.
Alice: Feel the sting of the Monkshood!
Kakuei: Monk should what?
Alice facepalmed.
