Fwhip had decided to host a ball not realizing that it was the worst idea that he has ever had
A sea of people,two hearts shattered, need he say more?
As he walked past the lake him and Sausage first confessed he couldn't help but think back to the scene, his beloved kissing Jimmy infront of Scott and him. And with that he bumped into the person he least wanted to bump into
"Sausage" he hissed, not right now, not when he was having a nervous breakdown. "Fwhip.." "Why are you here" Fwhip wasn't going to deal with whatever bullshit Sausage was about to spout, he planned on getting the heck out of there after their conversation
"Please just listen to me, it actually isn't what it seems" Ohh Fwhip was starting to get really angry "Isn't what it seems? Isn't that what they all say?" Fwhip shot back pointing his sword at Sausage's chest effectively making the other back away, Sausage just sighed and said "It was an alliance kiss Fwhip" This made Fwhip lowered his sword "And why didn't we do it if we've been in an alliance for so long?"
"It's- complicated"

Jim Jay pov
Jimmy was searching everywhere for Scott right now
He looked around Rivendale, The Cod Empire, The Overgrown, everywhere!
Finally he reached the place he dreaded the most
Crystal Cliffs.
Don't get Jimmy wrong, he enjoyed Gem's company but if she found out that Jimmy had broken one of her most trusted allies hearts she would command her dragons to eat them bit by bit
As he stepped in a netherite sword was pressed against his neck
"Why are you here" Yup Gem was home and she wasn't happy
"Listen Gem, I just want to clear things up with Scott and then i'll leave" he said raising his hands up in surrender
That just made Gem angrier. And an angry Gem was a scary Gem
"Clear things up!? Jimmy, he loved you and now after you betray him you wanna waltz in the place he feels the most protected in say 'It was a misunderstanding' and expect everything to be back to normal!?" Suddenly a door opened and a familiar voice sounded through the hallway "Gem are you oka-" Jimmy felt bad before but after seeing Scott again he felt like he had committed a major crime against the universe
Scott was dressed in clothes that were given by Gem and looked like he hadn't slept in days
"Scott I-" "Shut it Jimmy" Gem hissed, pressing the sword harder against Jimmy's neck, thankfully Scott stepped up and put a hand on Gem's shoulder and said "Gem it's okay let him talk" Scott then turned to Jimmy and glared at him, "What do you want to say Jimmy"
"Scott i'm sorry it- it was an alliance kiss" Scott then tilted his head "I think I would remember Sausage giving Fwhip a kiss since they are allies" Jimmy just shook his head "I don't know why Sausage didn't give Fwhip a kiss but it's mythland tradition" Scott then looked at Gem who snapped her fingers and and after uttering a few spells turned back towards Scott and answered "As much as I hate him right now.. he's telling the truth"
Scott then turned towards Jimmy and said "I'm staying with Katherine later so you better pray the news hasn't reached her"

Luckily for Jimmy, the news didn't reach Katherine and he was able to follow Scott into their guest room without being threatened
As he waited for Scott to shower and get dressed he couldn't help but look around the room looking at small details and big ones, and then he noticed a photo
The photo showed a younger Scott and Katherine together looking at flowers, however he noticed a taller boy near the both of them who was busy writing in a small notepad, as he was about to grab the photo he was called by Scott who had finished showering and changing "Bit of a snoop now are we?" "Sorry Scott" The shorter just sighed and replied "It's okay just go in and shower"
By the time Jimmy finished Scott was in bed sleeping peacefully, so he decided to quietly get into bed and without thinking, pulled Scott into a tight cuddle
