Third Person POVMrs. Xuân parked her car close to the building. "Alright Jake," Mrs. Xuân said getting out of the car, "we're here." Jake got out of the car after his mom. All he could think about was seeing his brother again. Jake and his mom entered the hospital and approached the front desk. "Hello," the receptionist said. "Hello," Mrs. Xuân replied, "we are here to visit Jamie Xuân."
"Alright," the receptionist said getting on her computer, "are you, friends or family?"
"Family," Mrs. Xuân replied. The receptionist put something into her computer. "What is your relationship with Jamie?" The receptionist asked. "I'm his mother," Mrs. Xuân answered. "And I'm his brother," Jake said after. "Alright," the receptionist said getting a piece of paper and a pen, "I'm gonna need you to put your first and last name where it says on the paper."
Mrs. Xuân signed the paper first and then handed the pen to Jake. Jake signed his name and handed the paper back to the receptionist. "You guys are ready to go," the receptionist said smiling, " Jamie's in room 38 to the right." Mrs. Xuân thanked the receptionist and led Jake to the room where Jamie was staying.
When Mrs. Xuân and Jake entered the room, they saw Mr. Xuân sitting in a chair beside the bed where Jamie was laying. "Hello, Dad," Jake said walking over and hugging Mr. Xuân. "Hello, Jake," Mr. Xuân said sitting back down. Jake turned to look at Jamie who was still unconscious. "Is he going to be okay?" Jake asked. "I hope so," Mr. Xuân replied touching Jake's hand. Jake got on his knees and turned towards Jamie.
"Hey, little bro," Jake said whispering, If you can hear me, I want you to know that I love you." Jake tried not to cry. He hated to cry in front of people, even his own family. "I miss you greatly. All I want is for you to come back home so I can see you smile again." Jake broke down crying next to Jamie. Mr. Xuân had to pull Jake out of the room.
"Are you okay?" Mr. Xuân asked handing Jake a tissue. "Yeah," Jake said wiping his tears, "I'm fine." Mr. Xuân took the tissue from his son's hand and threw it away. "I promise you," Mr. Xuân said hugging Jake, "Jamie will be alright." Mr. Xuân took Jake outside and brought him back to the car. Jake got in the car and texted Kenji.

[Jake] Hehe, yeah we can 😄
[Kenji 🧸] So it's a plan?
[Jake] Yes
[Kenji 🧸] Alright then, see you soon
[Jake] See you soon
Mrs. Xuân came back to the car where Mr. Xuân and Jake were. She started the far and the three were on the way back home. "Can I go to my friend's house?" Jake asked. "Sure," Mrs. Xuân replied, "where do they live?"
"The white house 2 houses away from us," Jake answered. "What's their name?" Mr. Xuân asked. "His name is Kenji," Jake replied. "Do you want us to drop you off at his house?" Mrs. Xuân asked. "I'll walk to his house from home," Jake replied.
Mrs. Xuân pulled into the driveway where Jake got out. He walked over to Kenji's house and ranged the doorbell. Kenji opened the door. "Hello, Jake," Kenji said motioning his hand, "come on in..."
