TMNT- I'm Not Human Either (Leonardo x Reader)

CHAPTER 5- The Masked Hero

SETTING: DOJO, 8:32AM.
POV: Leonardo, 1st person.

"Ya-me!" I hear sensei yell.

I halt in my steps, exhausted. I slowly lower my katanas and look over at Raph- the last opponent I had. I was confused- I haven't fought him yet.

"Why'd you stop us, sensei?" I ask.

Master Splinter slowly strokes his goatee, and then looks at Donnie- who was sitting down by Mikey. "Donatello- is Y/N awake?".

"No. They're still in sleep mode, sensei.".

"Go and wake them up." He ordered.

Donnie and Mikey exchanged a glance- even they looked confused. However, Donnie stood and walked out of the dojo- going to fetch Y/N.

"What's the point of getting Y/N?" Raph questioned, "I was about to show Leo what the ground tastes like."

"I think that they have something that could benefit you all. Something that I believe you should consider.".

"Consider?" I question, exchanging a glance with Raph.

"Yes. Consider." He confirmed.

On cue, Donnie and Y/N walked in. With instructions from Donnie, Y/N walks over towards Master Splinter while Donnie returns back to Mikeys side.

"Y/N, I have a request." Sensei called out.

"Sure. What is it?" She blinked.

"Attack Leonardo and Rapheal" He told them.

She looked confused, but sensei kept going; "With the element of surprise.".

"...Surprise..?" They mumbled, "...Alright. Surprise. Sure- I guess...". They probably felt obliged to help- after all- they said that they'd do anything to help... that applies to Master Splinter too.

They take a couple steps forward as they pull their hands in front of their face, entering a battle stance. They had no weapons.

Raph quickly got into his stance, and after a moment of hesitation, I joined him.

We stood there for a moment, I knew that Raphael and I had an advantage. Not only have we been training- but we know when to go. We know the cue.

"Hajime!" Sensei shouted.

Raph quickly yelled and jumped towards Y/N- getting the first move. Y/N moves their hand to shape a finger gun- however, the end of their fingertips metalized. Suddenly, Raph saw a red beam pointed towards his forehead. He yelps and jumps to the side- missing it.

However, Y/N seemed to have expected that. They jump towards him as he was dodging the laser- and kicks him in the shell. He is shoved back, not falling off his feet.

"What?" Raph questioned, "You were going to shoot me!".

"No. I pointed a red laser at you. Just like one that would try to escape from a cat." Y/N replies. I glanced over at Sensei- who seemed pleased.

I decided to take action. I charge at Y/N with my katanas. They look over at me and quickly see my attack. However, they just stand there. I continue to charge at them, slightly confused.

They suddenly grab Raph's weapon- I heard him scream: "HEY!" as they did so- and at the last second they use it to deflect my attack. They put pressure onto the sword- trying to become the victor. However, it wasn't working- I was overpowering them.
