Definitely mistaken. He couldn't be someone important or I would've recognised him.
He rolled his eyes and opened the door next to driver's seat. I narrowed my eyes and glanced at him. He said,"My car, my rules. I'm responsible for your transport but won't treat you like a Lord, Ms. brat. Now, sit beside me."
Did he just dominated me? ME?! But why did I felt butterflies for the last sentence? I mentally slapped myself for melting in the name of his irresistible charms. He must've used a spell on me.
I huffed with a scoff and sat on the seat. He slammed the door, walking around the car and coming to sit right next to me. He ignited the engine and pulling the level accelerated the car on street.
It was complete silence, until he decided to break it and like a computer narrated my whole day schedule in detail. After he was done, and I was halfway impressed I asked the major question revolving in my mind.
"Why did you agreed to this?"
"For what?"
"For becoming my secretary, for becoming my babysitter while the news is on fire of what I did yesterday. You got an expensive car, expensive suit, you must be doing some crazy well paid work somewhere on earth before sinking in this hell."
To make it quick, I slapped my costar in dressing room because he was being a jerk and tried to force me be intimate with him. Everyone knows something happened but no one knows about it in detail.
"Which part of you doesn't understand that I was begged to be here."
"No one does that for a friend. Tell me, give me spice, are you in love with Hyejin?" He pressed on brake and I jerked forward in my seat. That's why seatbelts were necessary.
"No way! She's just a friend. F.R.I.E.N.D.S, we're just friends." He gave me one of his sharp scary stare and I gulped hard. I raised my hands in air, in defeat. "Fine, I believe you, you don't have to spell friends for me."
I wanted to say more but watching how bewildered my expressions was he pressed his lips together and resumed driving.
It was awkward, way more than before. The air became thick and I had an extreme urge to scream out for help. He was definitely scary when his eyebrows knitted and orbs lit up with fuming irritation. I never knew this pervert had this side.
"I'm sorry," he said," I shouldn't have yelled like that to you.
I looked at him, his gaze was still on the road. I sighed and sinked back on the leather seat. "I'm sorry too, I went too personal and asked you something irrational."
"No, it's fine. I can answer you that. I was just taken back because I never thought you would assume it that way. To make it clear, I admire someone from the last four years." I shot my eyes on him, surprised that he was single.
"Just admire? No girl-" I covered my lips again because again I was about to cross the line of something called privacy.
However, it was like he understood my words and said," Love at first sight. I never met her again." He giggled, making the atmosphere again playful and less traumatic. I played along.
"Love at first sight is bullshit." I scoff because it was my genuine answer either he like it or not. "How can someone name it love after seeing a person for one moment. Love needs time and what you had was attraction."
"Maybe you are right. That's why I'm trying to find out if I really love her or it was just an external attraction."
"Oh boi! You're fucked up. Trust me, leave her and find someone else. Waiting would do nothing."
