The following morning I woke up with a heavy hangover in the early morning. I held my temple and massaged it, taking time for my dizzy brain to adapt the blazing sunlight that was falling on my face.
I sat up on mattress and wondered who tugged the cover so well and why I didn't smelled like vomit yet. Then I felt a swirl in my mind and a bowel movement churned my abdomen with strong peristalsis in my oesophagus that brought up last night's undigested food and I got an urge to puke.
I rushed out to the bathroom, getting out the gross content that made me dizzy halfway until I finished. I pull over the clothes and threw it in the laundry basket. I literally scratched in my itchy scalp as I brushed my teeth and empty my rectum before slipping under a warm shower.
Coming out of the shower I wore a hoodie and skirt before doing the morning skin care. I was in a good mood. I didn't knew why but it just felt right to smile with a tender hum coming out my throat to sing myself a song that I liked.
I straddled down to the kitchen and as if heaven knew how much hungry I was, the all rounder was already cooking.
My eyes checked out the figure standing in the kitchen in an apron and dabbing his spatula in the pan. I recalled how yesterday morning I got myself a new secretary who now seemed to be enjoying his morning.
Well, someone was happy and spreading positive energy.
He turned around in a spin with a pout and clicked his tongue. Then placed the dish on the table.
I chuckled while coming down the stairs. This guy really knew how to enjoy his life though life of a secretary was boring as heck.
I wished him a good morning and he flinched a bit but suddenly a crimson blush covered his cheeks. He wished me back with a mumble and for sure shyness dripped from his face, as he walked back to the stove with lowered head.
I glanced at the breakfast and pouted. "Again, same breakfast?"
"Again, same hangover?" He said. I groaned because I wanted to eat some street food, not a meal of a person that seemed to be in their 60s.
"Get dressed, we'll be leaving in half an hour."
"I'll change then come back." I said while walking back to the stairs. I turned to see him and he showed his bunny smile. I almost stumbled on the first step.
Get a hold of yourself!
I mentally noted down and shook off the not required thoughts. From my closet I took off a dress and let my hair roll down. I always loved to let them loose, allowing air to brush through them. A little makeup, almost negligible to notice and done.
I came down and saw him already ready to head out but on stand by for my command. I rolled my eyes before taking my serving out to the couch and turning on the television, which automatically displayed the morning news. I used my chopsticks to stuff my mouth with food and chew it.
It was usual robbery, rape and scandals or scams, nothing unusual but horrifying that news channel didn't considered sensitive if they aimed for TRP. They just played it because they needed money to run a company and feed their stomach.
It was my last nite when the screen turned bright with red stripes with mentioned breaking news. Regular report was paused when an announcer showed up and started chanting the so called news.
"Academy Award recipient, Kim Taehyung to star in upcoming movie under Starlight entertainment. Producers looking for a female lead. Who would be the lucky actor?"
I choked on food would be an understatement because now I was gasping for air when the food literally blocked my food pipe. My secretary ran back with a glass of water that I gulped in one go while he caressed my back.
