After the reception, it was time for pictures. The wedding guests went to the reception site and the wedding party stayed at the house to take pictures. The first pictures that were taken were of each side of the families. They started with Maks' side. They took the picture by the lake. The sun was starting to set making the pictures even more beautiful. Maks help Brinley so that Meryl's whole dress could be seen. When the pictures with his family were done she started to walk away but Maks stopped her.
"Hey wife" he said and then kissed her.
"Hi husband."
"This is the first time I really got to see the back of your dress. I love that it's got the bow and low back just like the purple dress I had picked for you to wear that one day. There are so many parts of this dress that are familiar. I love it. I love you."
"I love you too" she says and kisses him. "That's why I picked this dress. It had parts of all of the dresses that I love."
"It's perfect. Just like you."
"Don't you love Brinley's dress too?"
"Yes! How did you find that dress?"
"I had it made."
"It's perfect." He kisses Brinley.
"Alright. Davis family. Gather round. Your turn for pictures" the photographer said. After the pictures with her family, only the wedding party and the parents stayed. Everyone else went to the reception. Up next to take pictures were the groomsmen and Maks. Meryl had to go feed Brinley so the boys offered to go first.
When Meryl was done, she and the bridesmaids took their pictures. After a bunch of shots, the men joined in and did pictures with the whole wedding party. Then there were pictures of just Meryl and Maks. The last bunch of pictures were of Meryl, Maks and Brinley.

"Please stand and welcome for the first time Mr. and Mrs. Maksim Chmerkovskiy!" the DJ said into the mic as Meryl and Maks walked into their reception. They went right into their first dance. Maks pulled her into hold and they smiled and looked into each others eyes while waiting for their song to start. When the music started, he led her through their choreographed dance. It was a rumba to the song "Stay with Me Mash- Up" by Joey Stamper. Everyone, especially their Moms were in tears at the end of the dance. Meryl then dances with her Dad to "Daddy's Girl" by 1 Girl Nation. She made Charlie promise to dance with her once during the night. Maks then danced with his Mom and Meryl cried while holding Brinley through the entire dance. After the dances, it was time for dinner and Larissa took Brinley so that Meryl and Maks could eat and then thank their guests.

The rest of the night went great. They barely saw Brinley because Cheryl, Sofiya, or Larissa was always holding her. Before Meryl and Maks went back to the lake house for the night, they went to kiss Brinley goodnight. Cheryl was going to be watching her for the next three days while they were at the lake house. They said goodnight and then were off to their little honeymoon.

The next morning Meryl and Maks woke up happier than they had been in awhile. They were just so happy to finally be married. Sure they missed Brinley but they were also enjoying time to themselves.
"Maks, you're my husband."
"And you're my wife." They kissed and then Meryl rolled on top of him. "Oh are we going to continue last night's activities?" Maks asked
Meryl giggled and kissed him longer this time. He wrapped his arms around her and held her close. "I want to shower" Meryl said in between kisses."
