beautiful girls all over the world
i could be chasing but my time
would be wasted,
they got nothing on you

THIRD PERSON.

With a successful check in through the airport that morning and treating Corbyn a breakfast she had promised him, the two best friends were soon seated on the plane and on their way to Virginia for the weekend.

Rosemary had already checked in with Harry about her florist a handful of times, leaving the boy in charge of it for the weekend as her most trustworthy employee yet still worried that he would make a mistake in the process, which she had eventually let go after Corbyn had lectured her on the topic.

And so, as they sat in silence for a few minutes and stared at their phones, Corbyn had a small moment of realisation and reached into the small bag by his seat.

"Here's the itinerary for the weekend," he said, handing over a small booklet the boy had made himself as Rosemary took it from him with a small smile, "all planned out."

"I was scared you hadn't planned anything," she replied, opening up the booklet and reading through the plans he had made for them, "this isn't very detailed."

"Yes it is," he frowned.

"You have no locations in here," she looked at him.

"They're all local business," he told her, "but I kept that to myself so you don't go looking up all the locations."

"How am I supposed to know what's on the menu?" Rosemary asked him with a growing frown.

"You won't."

"But then I won't be prepared." She replied.

"Doesn't it feel great to not know what a restaurant is going to have," he smiled, "you'll know when you get there, it's so much better."

"What if they have something I'm allergic too?"

"They ask if you have any allergies," he said, "plus the only thing you are allergic to is fish and egg, i'm sure they won't be in every single thing on the menu."

"How will I know how good the place is?"

"Rosemary."

"I have nowhere to read reviews."

"Do you really think I'd take you to a place with a bad review?" He turned to look at her with a small smile, "they all have four or five stars, you'll enjoy them. And besides, not all of them are food places."

"Usually the only thing you think about is where your next meal will be," she replied, reading through each of the time slots as Corbyn let out a sigh before he laughed slightly.

They fell back into another silence as he turned back to his phone, scrolling through his twitter feed while hearing Rosemary let out a small sigh and pause with her action, tilting her head ever so slightly.

"...you didn't finish it." She spoke up again, moving the booklet towards his direction and pointing to the time slot of Sunday, 7PM. A blank space beside it, "you didn't fill that in."

"Oh. That's a surprise." Corbyn moved his head to her as he smiled, watching her face fall slightly before looking back to the booklet.

"You said no surprises. Actually, you promised no surprises." Her eyebrows had been raised as the smile remained on his face, giving her a shrug before removing the booklet from her hand, "you broke a promise, Corbyn."

"It didn't count, it wasn't a pinky promise." He sighed, grabbing his airpods case and putting his airpods into his ears as Rosemary stared at him.

"So what's the plan for that time slot?" She asked him with a small smile still on her face.
