~Chapter 15~

Apparently, Bo owned his own security company now. He had a crew that he brought to my home to work 24/7. Bo worked a day shift himself. He promised me that no one was going to hurt me or my family. With Bo and his crew at the house, Chris felt comfortable going back out to California to finish working on the album. When he got back, we had our photo shoot and interview with Lou lined up at the house.

I asked Stevie is she wanted me to pull her out of school and homeschool her. She said no. She now had an escort to and from school. Bo gave her a younger guy from his crew, Chase. The principal of her high school was made aware of the situation and why Chase was to stay at school with her. We pretty much did not give the principal a choice in the matter. She said she understood. Chase looked young enough to fit in.

CJ got the legal paperwork taken care of for me regarding Dany. We went ahead and DNA'd the babies. The test came back as a 99% match as Chris being their father. CJ included the results along with the legal paperwork giving her a gag order and harassment charges. I'll never forget overhearing Chris' conversation with her before he left for California.

"Hello?"

"Dany?"

"Chris?"

"Yeah, it's me."

"Why are you calling me? Are you going to leave that bitch? Those babies aren't yours? I knew it!"

"You stupid cunt, those babies are mine! Let me tell you something. You've got some damn nerve serving her with paternity papers and threatening to have her thrown in jail if she didn't comply with it."

"Chris, please!"

"Shut up, Dany! I was never the problem when it came to fertility. It was you, you dumbass. I went and had myself checked. As part of my therapy, they required me to do a full health check and they checked me at my request. You never gave me a chance to tell you because you came at me with divorce papers! I knew you had been fucking Dave behind my back. I never once cheated on you while I was on the road. I was always faithful to you, Dany. Did it ever occur to you why Dave couldn't get you pregnant even though he had knocked up his own wife, Audrey?!"

"Well.... No, I guess not," she whimpered through the phone.

"You'll be receiving paperwork in the mail from us in a few weeks. If you ever and I mean ever break the stipulations in that paperwork, I swear to God, Dany, you will regret it. I am happy and I don't need you trying to ruin my life because you chose to leave instead of helping me through the worst time of my life. Iris loves me for who I am and doesn't judge me like you did!"

"Chris, stop it! I'm sorry."

"No you're not. You're just sorry you got caught. Go be miserable somewhere else and leave me alone. Leave my family alone."

He hung up the phone and looked at me.

Blum House won the bidding war for Dirty Little Fairy Tale. I began doing video calls with Jason Blum. He told me he wanted to stay as true to the book as possible. I told him I could do that. He asked me if I wanted a screen writer as an assistant. I told him no, that I had read enough scripts to know how to write one. Ian Somerhalder and Jai Courtney immediately signed on for at least two films after I signed my contract. Jason asked me to fly out to California for initial casting.

Katie had not gotten a full-time job yet so I hired her to take care of the twins for the time being. Stevie was going to go stay with Isaiah. Chris had to go back out to California to put some finishing touches on the album, so I told Jason I was coming. Bo assigned Tate and Henry to come with us. If this is what celebrities had to go through all the time, I didn't like this at all. When I left to go meet with Jason, I made Henry stay home with Katie and the twins.
