Through the course of the tour, I had gotten to know Anders Friden of In Flames really well. He was as nice as I thought he was. Maria approached us about four stops into the tour with an excellent idea. Anders thought it was a fantastic idea. We all agreed that it would be performed in New Orleans and done before Closer. The New Orleans show was being done at Wonderland, so it was like coming full circle. Maria wanted Anders and I to perform Phantom of the Opera of all things but make a metal version of the song.

Everyone was all for this idea when she came up with it. The last four shows I was going out during the In Flames set and performing Call My Name with them. It was fantastic. People were loving it. I had decided to keep my secret to myself for the time being. I wanted telling Chris to be special. But here we were in New Orleans for the last show of this tour. Maria made the decision with their management team to film this concert to eventually release it for sale.

Anders asked me to perform Call My Name and Stay with Me with them for this show. I told him I'd be honored to perform Stay with Me with them. That was one of my favorite songs of theirs. After performing with them I was going to have to rest my voice. I went in with them for their sound check. I told Tim if Isaiah, Katie and Stevie got there while I was in there to go ahead and bring them in to me. We were in the middle of running through Stay with Me and I looked out onto the bare venue floor to see Tim walking them towards me.

I waved at them and kept singing. Anders smiled at me and pointed. I nodded my head at him as we kept singing. Stevie already had her headphones on. They were fluorescent green. I love that kid! We finished Stay with Me and I spoke to them.

"Let us run through the other song and I'll come down."

"You wanna us just to stay here," Isaiah asked.

"Yes I do. You're fine. Kat gave you special VIP passes. Stay. Anders, that is my brother, his fiancée, and my daughter, Stevie."

"Hello everyone," Anders said.

They all waved at him. We then did Call My Name.

"Isaiah, y'all go to that door over there," I said and pointed to the right of the stage. "I'll come meet you right there."

I walked off the stage, down the ramp went around the corner to the doors and opened the left one to let them backstage. Stevie hugged me so tightly. Katie hugged me and then showed me her ring.

"It's beautiful. Isaiah did a wonderful job picking it out, but he had some help," I said and pointed at Stevie."

"I love it."

"Have you set a date yet?"

"Not yet."

"Am I chopped liver over here," Isaiah asked.

"Excuse me," I said and hugged him.

"You gaining some weight, sis," he asked as he hugged me.

"Excuse you," I said and pulled back.

"Indicator that you're in a happy, healthy relationship," Katie said with a wink.

"That's that psychologist in you, ma'am."

"Yes it is," she said.

"Are you done with clinicals yet?"

"I have six more weeks and then I'll be done. I graduate in December now instead of next May."
"Yay! C'mon, let's go to the green room."

Isaiah had let his hair grow out and it was uncanny how much he and Kent really did look like twins now. This was going to be interesting. I was curious to see if they were in the green room. Opening the door, I went in to see everyone but Maria and Joe. This was going to be either interesting or funny as hell. When Stevie saw Chris, she took off and literally dove on him.
