"Step into my office, Marshal." Raleigh said as the two walked over to a section of steel beams.

"Took me a while to find you." Stacker said as Raleigh sat down on a few of the steel beams.

"I travel with the wall, chasing shifts whenever I can get them." Raleigh said. "What do you want?"

"I spent the last six months reactivating anything I can get my hands on. There's an old Jaeger suit, mark III, you know it."

Raleigh knew which Jaeger suit the marshal was talking about.

"I'm guessing I wasn't your first choice." Raleigh stated.

"You were my first choice almost all the other mark III pilots are either dead or piloting their armours." Stacker stated.

"Look, I can't pilot a Jaeger suit, not after what happened in Anchorage in 2016." Raleigh said as he felt the phantom pains in his lower part of his left arm. "I'm done."

Raleigh began to walk away from Stacker.

"Mr. Becket, were would you rather die? Here on the wall or in a Jaeger suit?" Stacker asked and Raleigh looked at him and sighed.

The two then boarded the helicopter followed shortly by the shatterdome shock troopers.

Were it then took off into the sky and flew off towards the Hong Kong shatterdome, the last bastion of the jaeger suits.

The shatterdome was built in Hong Kong bay were it was currently raining. The helicopter then landed on one of the three landing pads and Raleigh and Stacker exited to be greeted by a woman holding an umbrella.

"Mr. Becket, this is Mako mori. One of our brightest." Stacker said introducing Raleigh to the woman. "Also in-charge of the mark III restoration program. She also hand picked the list of pilots who would be replacing you if you were injured."

Mako just silently nodded to Raleigh and they entered the shatterdome and into an elevator. Inside Raleigh noticed multiple samples of hybrid organs. "Hold the door please!" A voice yelled and two people ran into the elevator as it closed.

The elevator started to lower down. "Stay back, hybrid organ samples are incredibly rare." The man said. "So look but don't touch."

"Mr. Becket this is our research team, Dr. Newton Geiszler and Dr. Hermann Gottlieb." Stacker said.

"Call me Newt." Dr. Geiszler said as he rolled up his sleeves.

Raleigh noticed a familiar hybrid on his left forearm.

"Who is that? Yamarashi?" Raleigh asked.

"Ah, this little guy?" Newt asked pointing at the tattoo. "Yeah, you've got a good eye."

Yamarashi had a shark like head with multiple spike crests on the back of it's head that looked like lotus petals.

"Me and Whirlwind took him down back in 2014." Raleigh said.

"You know he was one of the biggest category III's ever? nearly nineteen feet tall and being close to 10.5 tons of awesome." Newt said.

Mako glanced over at Stacker while one of the guards cleared his throat awkwardly and Raleigh looked at Newt with a serious look in his eyes.

"Or awful." Newt said.

"Please excuse him, he's a hybrid groupie. He loves them."  Hermann said.

"Shut up Hermann I don't love them. Okay? I study them and unlike most people I want to see one up close one day." Newt said.

Just then the elevator doors opened.

"Trust me you don't want to." Raleigh said putting a hand on Newt's shoulder and he then walked out, following Stacker.

"So that's your research division?" Raleigh asked.

"Things have changed Mr. Becket." Stacker said as Mako typed in a code on a keypad near a big metal door. "We aren't an army any more, we're the resistance. Welcome to the shatterdome"

The three then entered into the Jaeger suit hanger bay as the metal door slid open.

As they walked Raleigh noticed a massive clock over the metal door.

"The war clock, we reset it after every hybrid attack, keeps everyone focused." Stacker said. "The frequency of attacks are accelerating."

"How long until the next reset?" Raleigh asked nearly being avoiding being hit by a transport trolley.

"A week if we're lucky. My best bet is that there will be an attack even before that." Stacker said. "This complex used to launch more then six jaegers from ten bays just like this one."

Stacker pointed to a hanger bay that had a mark II inside it, this one being Puma real.

"Now we only have eleven left." Stacker said.

"I didn't know it was this bad." Raleigh said.

"It is that bad." Stacker answered.

"Crimson typhoon, China. One of the greatest. Assembled in Changzhou. Full titanium hull, no alloys. Dead and precise fighter."  Stacker said as Crimson typhoon was lowered into it's hanger bay by a crane like mechanism. "Piloted by by Wei wu Tang. it defended Hong Kong port a total of seven times using the thunder cloud formation."

"Hell yeah, triple arm technique." Raleigh said.

"Very effective." Stacker said.

Raleigh noticed Paladin tornado, a mark IV standing in it's hanger bay and inside the hanger bay on it's left was the mark I Tango Tasmania.

Raleigh also noticed Vulcan specter and Coyote tango on the other side of the shatterdome next to the mighty Stormer eureka.

"That tank, one of the last T-90's, Cherno alpha. First generation mark I. Heaviest and oldest Jaeger suit still in service but make no mistake Mr. becket, it is still a brutal war machine." Stacker said as the mighty Cherno alpha was being transported into the shatterdome by a transport loader.

"And it's pilot, Aleksis Kaidonovsky." Stacker said.

"I've heard of him. Perimeter patrol, Siberian wall." Raleigh said.

"Under his watch it stayed unbreached for six years. Six years." Stacker said as the three continued to walk However Raleigh also noticed November Ajax standing in the Hanger bay between Striker and Stormer.

Raleigh noticed two familiar faces as Stacker led him and Mako over to Striker eureka, the most legendary mark V.

"Herc! Ben!" Stacker called and the two looked over at him. "Gentlemen welcome to Hong Kong."
