Dino Jurassic squad: Redemption (discontinued)

Just a memory part 1

Mako stood silently clad in a jet black dive suit as the J-tech crew for Gipsy danger got the Jaeger suit ready for the test run.

However Raleigh noticed how much bigger Gipsy danger actually was then he remembered.

"Was Gipsy upsized?" Raleigh asked Tendo.

"Yep. Stacker realized that if the hybrids were getting bigger the Jaeger suits need to be bigger too." Tendo answered.

Raleigh then watched as Mako climbed into the Jaeger suit and she disappeared as the dark blue armour plating snapped into place over top of her.

Raleigh and Tendo then entered LOCCENT as then Gipsy powered up.

The vortex turbine roared to life followed shortly by the lights and finally the visor. "Alright Mako, take it nice and easy." Raleigh said over the comm channel.

Mako then raised Gipsy danger's arms and got into a fighting stance.

People cheered as the Jaeger suit slammed it's fist into it's palm.

"This is going to be a barrel of laughs." Ben jokingly said.

Raleigh, Herc, and Tendo silently glared at him.

Mako then proceeded to stretch out Gipsy danger's arms and legs.

"Mr. Becket, tell Ms. Mori to proceed with the weapons test." Stacker ordered and Raleigh nodded.

"Mako begin the weapons test." Raleigh said into his ear piece and into the comm channel.

Mako activated the plasma caster on Gipsy's left arm and aimed it around.

However she suddenly froze in place.

"She's chasing the RABIT." Raleigh said as multiple sensors started blaring.

The plasma caster began to charge up rapidly.

People began to run as the plasma caster was preparing to fire.

"I need to drift with her." Raleigh said.

"Then you have no time to waste." Stacker said. "Go."

Raleigh ran down the halls towards the hanger bay and grabbed the emergency drift gear.

Which he then hooked up to Gipsy and put the helmet on.

Raleigh pressed the button to activate it and he felt his memories pass by.

He let the fly by him until he entered Mako's memory.

He saw her, as a preteen hiding near a dumpster, covering her ears. "Mako." Raleigh said.

"Mako, this is just a memory." He said but she didn't hear him.

However he then heard a powerful roar as then a clawed hand lashed at him and Mako.

It was the Shattertongue attack all over again.

The category II hybrid attempted to reach at them and Mako raised her hand.

Outside of the memory Tendo was busy evacuating LOCCENT while Herc and Chuck were busy yanking our wires from the control console as people ran for cover as Gipsy danger's plasma caster charged up more and more.

"How do we know once we yanked the right wire?!" Chuck hollered.

"When Gipsy danger powers down!" Herc answered.

However back in the memory, Raleigh noticed a Jaeger suit being carried in.

He couldn't tell which one it was at the angle he was at.

However he then noticed that Shattertongue had stopped trying to claw for them.

However Raleigh heard the category II hybrid screech in agony after a Gatling gun was heard firing a few seconds earlier.

Mako covered her ears and started to cry as Shattertongue yet again let out a screech in agony.

However after a few moments the category II fell silent and Mako walked out of the alleyway to see the corpse of Shattertongue.

The category II lay up against a building with several bullet and slash wounds across it's body.

Both Raleigh and Mako turned to see a Jaeger suit standing in Victory.

From what Raleigh could tell it was tan and sandy brown in colour with a Gatling cannon mounted on both of it's shoulders.

Mounted on it's forearm was a double bladed war axe like weapon with serrations on the edges of the blades.

The weapon then folded back into the forearm and the Jaeger suit's hands went up to it's conn pod helmet which Raleigh noticed had a large spiderweb crack on it's visor.

The man piloting the Jaeger suit was none other then Stacker Pentecost. Just then the memory shut off and Raleigh took of the E-drift gear and rushed over to Mako.

Who lay still in Gipsy's armour however the J-tech got her out of the armour.

"Mori! Becket! In my office, now!" Stacker ordered a few minutes later.
