The group decided to head out and leave Eddie where he was hiding because it was actually a good hiding spot.
Dustin and I forced the group to get some supplies for him so he wouldn't have to leave the spot so Eddie was safe
We all barged into the door and startled Eddie by being there in the first place
"JESUS"
"Delivery service" i said while pushing forward the bags of food
He seemed relieved it wasn't anyone else I mean he was still on edge who wouldn't be after they saw a girl die right in front of them.
We headed the food bags over to Eddie and he smiled gratefully as he looked what was inside of them.
After he had made some of the food he practically started inhaling it.
"So Eddie uh" i said
"We got bad news and good news" Dustin took over
"What one would you like first"
"Bad news first, always"
"Ah so the police are looking for you" i butted in
"And they are pretty sure you killed Chrissy"
"Like 100percent" Max said not helping lighten the mood
"And the good news?!"
"Well your name hasn't gone public yet"
"And once that gets out everyone's gonna be coming after you"
I was worried for Eddie I didn't want anything happening to him
"Hunt the weirdo right"
"Exactly" Robin agreed
"Shit
"So before that happens we find the venca kill him and prove your innocence"
"Hey Eddie, I know everything Dustin is saying sounds totally crazy and delusional, but they have actually been through this before a few times" i reasoned with him
"Collectively I feel like we got this"
"Yea we used to rely on this girl who had superpowers but uh those went bye bye" Steve added
What? A girl with superpowers I looked around at Dustin confused he gave me a look that said he would explain that bit later after everything
"There's nothing to worry about"
Then of course as on cue sirens started coming out the middle of no where
"Quick the tarp"
Eddie hid himself right under the tarp hiding from the sirens just incase they came closer.
But they ended up going right past the area.
After that situation Steve Robin they would investigate more into the situation as Max had been having the same delusions as the other people who had died. So they left while I chose to stay with Eddie to make sure he was safe
