"right I didnt expect something like that, to be honest," I replied, "it must've been hard on you, wasn't it?"

"do I get a reward for getting through it?" he asked.

"fine" I said. I slowly tiptoed as I left a small peck on his cheeks, "contended?" I asked.

"can I ask for more?" he asked playfully.

"n... no," I replied.

"also about that bet. let's just end it okay? I lost, I'm indebted to you for life now okay?" he asked.

"naur, not accepted. at least get a proper proposal or something," I said.

"sure, you can look forward to it," he winked. how is it that anything he does can get my heart beating so fast? even high intensity exercises dont get my heart that fast-

it was just another day that I came to school. I realized that jeonghan wasn't here today though... where could he even be? he didnt fall sick or anything did he? maybe I'll go check on him after school or something...

as soon as classes ended, I packed my bag slowly. school felt like hell today. time seemed to be passing slower than the pace my brain cells grew at, and I barely even had any energy left to do anything. like literally, the thought 'I just wanna go home and sleeeeep' was passing around my head repeatedly today. way more than the usual number of times...

as I put in the last book, I suddenly felt someone's hands over my eyes.

"who's thi- jeonghan..?" I asked.

"yeahh it's me, your beloved," he said, chuckling.

"yah, why didn't you come to school today only until now" I pouted.

"well, did someone miss me?" he asked while squishing my cheeks (again).

"uh maybe," I replied.

"aye it's a yes rightt?" he asked, plastering a cute smile on his face.

"yeah yeah fine it's a yes," I replied, "school felt soooo boring today"

"that's why I'm here now! I've got a whole surprise planned for you, all your boredom and tiredness will wear off immediately, okay?" he asked in anticipation.

"mm surprise or shock, who knows" I replied.

"what do you mean surprise or shock I spent so long to prepare it" he sulked.

"aa okok let's go see it okay?" I cheered, "even if it's bad I'll still give a good reaction, okay?"

"what do you mean good reaction... are you already preparing for it to fail-"

"nope, I have faith in my taste in men," I replied, "I have a feeling it's gonna be great so prove me right."

"okayy let's go!" he said excitedly, his pout immediately turning into a bright smile, the one that got me falling crazy in love.
