Chapter 31: Moving in with you

The next day in class, it was homeroom period. The class was noisy as usual, Thoma continued to sleep on his desk and then Ayato walked in.

The sound of chairs dragging on the floor woke Thoma up, he turned just to see his partner on his phone.

Ayato reflected on himself, wondering if he was too rough last night but he concluded he had not.

Last night, his housewife told him to go faster.

"Does it hurt?" Ayato noticed Thoma staring at him.

"Tired."

"Mn, go sleep," Ayato gave him a slight smile and ruffled his hair.

Before lessons start, Lumine went over to both of them, "Hey, Ayato where is your homework?"

"I didn't do it."

"What? Seriously? How am I supposed to explain to the teacher now?"

Ayato thought for a moment and then said, "Tell her that her homework is too easy."

Lumine "......"

She never thought she will actually told the English teacher "your homework was too easy."

Yae Miko looked at her stunned and then slowly nodded. She was calm at first but when she got to teachers' office, she started screaming, "There is something wrong with your student Zhongli, homework too easy? What kind of excuse is that?"

Sara knew about how Ayato suddenly got those grades, it was almost unbelievable.

"You want anything? I'm going to the cafeteria," Kazuha asked, he was standing outside the classroom, peering in.

"Get me soya milk!" Heizou replied, Thoma got up and planned to go back to his room, his buttons were not done properly.

Heizou noticed it immediately and saw some faint red marks on his neck.

"Thoma."

Thoma looked at him.

"Remember to close your windows at night."

Thoma looked at him confused, "Window?"

"Yeah, I heard there is a lot of mosquitoes lately."

Thoma ".........."

Ever since Ayato have those grades, Itto had been ignoring him.

How did my bro suddenly be so good?

Did he hit his head?

Ayato even went up to him and say, "Itto, actually I was that good."

Itto "......."

Dean Xu peered into their classroom and spotted Ayato sitting alone, "Hey you!"

Ayato looked up.

"Come to the office."

He thought he was in trouble again but actually, Dean Xu made him hold his exams papers and stood with the subject teachers.

"Hold up the exam paper……..yeah like that……okay stand still….." Dean Xu was adjusting his camera.

"Principal, please move to the side a bit……. And Mr. Zhongli move closer……."

"Okay…..now smile!"

Ayato put on a slight smile.

After Dean Xu snapped a photo, he keep the camera on his desk and was about to leave the office for his next lesson but Ayato stopped him.

"Dean Xu."

"What?"

Ayato hesitated for a while, "I did well for the midterms."

"Urm, and?"

"Can I change dorm rooms now? I would like to move into Classmate Thoma's room."

Ayato had asked him this before but he was too annoyed by him, now that he does so well in his papers, Dean Xu was surprised he was still thinking about it.

When Thoma walked back to his room, he was surprised that Ayato was packing his things.

"Where are you going?"

"Moving in with you," Ayato smiled, Thoma made way for him to enter. "Dean Xu agreed?"

Ayato nodded, "I want to move in with you as soon as possible, I want to get closer to my housewife."

Thoma watched him, "and to see him everyday whenever I open my eyes."

Thoma was stunned.

"I'm going to take a shower," Ayato said and then left.

Ever since Ayato moved in, Thoma's dorm was getting noiser.

Aunt Kiana would occasionally call, she discovered that her Thoma's side was getting rowdy.

Before she can even talk to him, she can hear Thoma say in a frustrating tone but also accommodating, "Don't make a fuss," or "Can you go away?"

Aunt Kiana paused and then asked, "who is that?"

"Roommate, my deskmate. He just moved in."

Kiana then remembered Ayato.

Ayato wasn't shy around strangers, he opened his mouth to greet Kiana whenever she called.

And Kiana would always like to chat with him.

Ayato's voice was bright and he was good at conversations.

"Aunt Kiana….." Thoma mumbled.

Kiana was currently chatting happily with Ayato and had completely ignored her godson. "Let me talk with Ayato for a while, go do your homework."

Thoma "......."

"All right, are you done?" Thoma snatched the phone away.

"Thoma, your end-of-term exams are coming, right? Remember to study hard okay? Even though your grades are pretty good, don't get too cocky."

Thoma gave a "Mn" reply and hung up the phone.

The next day, Thoma got lazy and didn't want to get off the bed.

A certain someone stretched his arm and pulled him closer, "Let's stay like this a little longer….. Don't move around so much."

The school is getting more serious with the end-of-term exams, when both of them walked to class, they saw Kazuha standing at the podium.

"Hello everyone, before I go, I'll read out my will." Everyone looked at him.

"If I get bad grades for the end-of-term and my mom beats me up to death, my Ensemble Stars account will be given unconditionally to my best bro Gorou."

Gorou said, "Kazuha, even though you are a bit ridiculous, I'm a bit touched?"

Kazuha continued, "My Kagamine Len figuring will be given to my bro Heizou."

Heizou was deep in character, he bowed down and said, "I'll take great care of it!"

"What about Thoma and I?" Kazuha looked at Ayato.

Kazuha's voice raised, "Thoma can have my school uniform, but you have no inheritance rights!"
