INGREDIENTS....

5 cup. RICE أرز
( it depends of how many people)
5 cup. WATER ماء
5 cup. SALT ملح
( water and salt , rice same.)
9 pcs. FISH سمكة

6 pcs. ONIONS بصل (cut into small sizes)
2 pcs. GARLIC MINCED ثوم مفروم
1 pcs. LEMON JUICE عصير ليمون
6 pcs. TOMATOES  باندورا أو توماتوم
(Cut into big size CUBES
مقطعة إلى مكعبات كبيرة الحجم )
Black pepper فلفل اسود
TURMERIC كُركُم
BAHARAT بهارات
SALT ملح
Olive oil زيت الزيتون

enegar خل  ( to remove the smell)
ginger زنجبيل  ( minced)
QOZBARA DRIED ( optional)

Procedure::


>> BOIL A WATER for RICE
غلي الماء للأرز

>> Cut the TOMATOES into BIG CUBE SIZE and JINJABEL a CUP. WATER💧 to BLEND and DONE.

>> if the water💧 is BOILING you can ADD the RICE 🍚 ..
(sometimes it needs to check and MIXED THE RICE.)

>> sometimes it needs to cheeck the RICE if it become LONG.
then remove the water and sit a side.

>> BIG QIDIR <<

>> put some ZIT, ADD THE RICE AT THE CENTER. ( like mountain style).

>> Then put some ZIT again at the TOP of the RICE but not too much.
CLOSE THE QIDIR, and leave it for 5-10 minutes.

>>♤<< FISH >>♤<<

>> rinsed the FISH🐟 well and clean it well, add the vinegar to remove the SMELL of fish..


>> rinsed it again And make it dry..
Then ADD the SPICES..

½ cup. FIL-FIL
¼ cup. QORQOM
1½ cup. BAHARAT
1¼ cup. MALIH
1 pcs. LEMON🍋 (juice)
1 whl. THOM (minced)
JINJABEL (minced)

>> MIXED IT ALL at FISH to marinate and cover it with film, leave it for 15-30 minutes at fridge..

>> if it's done marinate the fish 🐟, fry it all and put it on qidir with khubos..

>> put some ZIT AT QIDIR and ADD ONIONS MIXED it untill GOLDEN BROWN

>> ADD the CHOPPED QOZBARA and THOM
(na dinikdik na)

>> ADD BELL PEPPER, then ADD DRY QOZBARA ( opt. ).
Then let it simmer for 5 minutes.

>>MIXED IT ALL, and then ADD the ingredients.
1 cup. BAHARAT
¼ cup. FIL-FIL
1 cup. MALIH
½ cup. QORQOM
