INGREDIENTS;

rice RUZ/ ESH , salt MALIH , water MOYa
( ALL is same cups. )
2 whl. chicken DAJAJ/DIYAY ( 1 whl. cut it to 8 pcs.)
1 cup. salt MALIH
2 cup. BAHARAT
1/2 cup. turmeric QORQOM
1/2 cup. black pepper FIL-FIL
2 cup. cumin CAMUN
1 pcs. cinnamon QIRFA
vinegar KHAL ( to remove the smell)
cloves QURANFUL
ginger JINJABIL ( minced)
garlic THOM ( minced)
bill pepper FLEA FLEA
4 pcs. tomatoes BANDORA/ TOMAT
1 pcs. tomato paste SALSA
1 cup. HEEL
6 pcs. onions BASAL/ BUSAL (small slices)
4 pcs. potatoes BATATA/ POTAT (big cubes)
carrots JIZZER (circle sliced)
okra BAMIYA ( sliced)
zucchini QUSA ( circle slice)


PROCEDURE:

chicken DAJAJ/DIYAY

> clean it well the chicken DAJAJ/ DIYAY then put some vinegar KHAL ( to remove the smell.)

> rinsed it well and sit a side.

rice RUZ/ ESH

> boiling a water MOYA with salt MALIH it's same cups.)

> clean the rice RUZ/ ESH then, put it on pot QIDIR let it cooked until become LONG.

> remove the water MOYa and sit a side, ten put some of oil ZIT at
pot QIDIR then ADD the rice RUZ/ESH and ADD again some oil ZIT let it COOKED AT HEAT.

pot QIDIR...

> put all the chicken DAJAJ/DIYAY at pot QIDIR then ADD.
onions BASAL/ BUSAL then cover and let it cooked until the
water MOYa is done or sometimes there's
oil ZIT cuz of
fats DAHAN/ SHAHAM.
1 cup. salt MALIH
2 cup. BAHARAT
1/2 cup. turmeric QORQOM
1/2 cup. black pepper FIL-FIL

1 pcs. cinnamon QIRFA
cloves QURANFUL/MISMAR

food color SAFFRON ( optional )

> let it cooked for just 5 minutes, then ADD the
carrots JIZZER,
tomatoes BANDORA,
zucchini QUSA
tomato paste SALSA
cover it and let cooked for just 5 minutes..

> MIXED IT then ADD the okra BAMIYA, and cover it again to cooked it slowly...
