THOM ( minced )
JINJABIL ( minced )
1 1/2 cup. BAHARAT
1/2 cup. QORQOM
1/4 cup. FIL-FIL
1 cup. MALIH
1 1/2 cup. CAMUN
1/4 cup. HEELQIDIR
> boiling a MOYa at QIDIR then put the QIBDAH cover it, but it needs to check it if the MOYa comes bubbles ( that means WASAK.)
⁃ Throw the MOYa and rinsed it so carefully so it won't BREAK.> put some ZIT at QIDIR then FRY the BASAL until golden brown/ reddish.
>then add THOM and JINJABIL, MIXED IT a minute.
> ADD the QIBDAH, and MIXED IT AGAIN and ADD the SPICES.
1 1/2 cup. BAHARAT
1/2 cup. QORQOM
1/4 cup. FIL-FIL
1 cup. MALIH
1 1/2 cup. CAMUN
1/4 cup. HEEL> MIXED IT ALL and ADD BANDORA( small sizes) some MOYa.
and 1/2 SALSA cover it and let it cooked ( but it needs to LOWER the HEAT..
