INGREDIENTS;

6 cups. rice RUZ/ESH
2 whl. chicken DAJAJ/ DIYAY ( 1 whole is cut into 8 pcs.)
6 pcs. onions BASAL ( cut it into SMALL cubes )
4 pcs. onions BASAL ( cut it into HALF sizes )
3 pcs. carrots JIZZER ( CIRCLE regular sizes )
1 pcs. garlic THOM ( minced )
6 pcs. tomatoes BANDORA/ TOMATOM ( cut it to small sizes )
9 pcs. potatoes BATATA ( slant regular sizes )
1 pcs. LEMON juice
ginger JINJABIL ( minced)
cinnamon QIRFA
cumin CAMUN
HEEL
cloves QURANFUL/ MISMAR
coriander KOSBARA ( chopped )

RUZ/ ESH

> clean well the rice RUZ/ESH put some water MOYa then sit a side, then boil a water MOYa to cooked the rice RUZ/ ESH until become LONG..

> then removed the water MOYa and sit aside..

DAJAJ/ DIYAY

> clean it well then put some vinegar KHAL to remove the smell of chicken DAJAJ/ DIYAY and sit a side, if it's DONE rinsed it and let it DRY and then ADD the SPICES.
1 cup. BAHARAT
1 cup. salt MALIH
1/2 cup. turmeric QORQOM
1/4 cup. black pepper FIL-FIL
1 pcs. LEMON

NOTE: The spices is depends on the chicken DAJAJ/DIYAY of it's many ADD IT MORE if it's LIL REDUCED THE SPICES..

> then mixed it ALL and ready to FRY IT ALL, and sit aside.

FRY

> carrots JIZZER , potatoes BATATA/ POTAT, onions BASAL/ BUSAL slices HALF. ( fry it separately and sit a side if it's DONE.)

FRYING PAN.

> FRY the onions BASAL/ BUSAL small sizes until golden brown/ reddish. )
then ADD garlic THOM and ginger JINJABIL ( minced ), and the spices.
1/2 cup. turmeric QORQOM
1 cup. salt MALIH
1/4 cup. black pepper FIL-FIL
1 cup. BAHARAT
1 pcs. cinnamon QIRFA
4 pcs. cloves QURANFUL/ MISMAR
1/2 cup. cumin CAMUN
1/4 cup. HEEL

> MIXED IT ALL and let it simmer, then ADD
tomatoes BANDORA/TOMATOM then leave it a minutes.

> ADD the chicken DAJAJ/ DIYAY [ already fry,( ADD LABAN AND LEMON opt.)] to ADD TASTE..

> MIXED IT CAREFULLY so the chicken DAJAJ/DIYAY meat won't break, then transfer it at the CENTER of RHAZ to cooked it slowly.


QIDIR big. ( layering.)

> put some oil ZIT then ADD the HALF of rice RUZ/ ESH.

> ADD ALL THE chicken DAJAJ/ DIYAY meat at the CENTER.

> ADD a HALF of fry onions BASAL/BUSAL with HALF QOSBARA ( already chopped).

> ADD THE HALF rice RUZ/ ESH.

> ADD the potatoes BATATA/ POTAT, carrots IZZER.

> ADD the HALF FRY onions BASAL/ BUSAL with HALF QOSBARA ( already chopped).

> ADD some of oil ZIT at the TOP of the rice RUZ/ ESH , then cover it and let it cooked at HEAT ( center of RHAZ.)
