Ingredients:
3 tbsp oil/ any kinda oil.
2 tbsp Butter
2 Mediums Onions, finely chopped
2 tsp Garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp Ginger, finely chopped
1 Sachet MAGGI® Indian Masala Mix
1 tsp Chili powder
2 pieces bay leaves (paminta)
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tsp ground cumin
10 pieces cardamom pods
1 tsp pepper
2 cubes Maggi® Chicken Bouillon
3 Mediums Tomatoes, diced
30 g Tomato Paste
0.65 cup Yoghurt
2 cups Water
700 g Chicken breast
0.65 cup Whipping cream
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
Procedure:/ Instruction.
Step 1
Heat oil and butter together in a saucepan and fry chopped onions for 5 mins or until they become golden in colour.
Step 2
Add garlic, ginger, garam masala, chilli powder, coriander, cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamom, black pepper and one MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon cube. Stir for 1 min.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and tomato paste and stir for another min. Add yogurt and water and bring to boil, then simmer on low heat for 10 mins.
Step 4
Blend mixture very well in a food processor, then return back to the pot.
Step 5
Add the remaining MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon cube to the sauce and simmer for 10 mins on low heat or until chicken is tender.
Step 6
Add cream and bring to boil then let it simmer for another 5 mins.
Step 7
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with white rice.
