MARAG mâ KABAB SHAMI

INGREDIENTS :

RUZ/ ESH ( white rice ).
KABAB
1 pcs. SALSA
5 pcs. BASAL ( small cubes )
4 pcs. tomatoes BANDORA/ TOMAT ( small cubes )
1 can. FASOLIYA hab
BAMIYA ( slice )
1 cup. MALIH
1 cup. BAHARAT
1/2 cup. QORQOM
1/4 cup. FIL-FIL
JINJABIL ( minced)
ZIT ZETON ( for MAMA only )

RUZ/ ESH:

> boiling a water MOYa with salt MALIH, then put RUZ/ ESH cooked it until become LONG.

> then if it's DONE remove the water MOYa and sit a side,
then at big pot QIDIR put some oil ZIT and ADD the rice RUZ/ ESH then ADD SOME oil ZIT again then COVER and let it cooked at HEAT. ( the middle of RHAZ.)

MARAG:

>>> put some ZIT then ADD BASAL, FRY it until GOLDEN BROWN/ REDISH.

>>> ADD BATATA, JIZIR ( regular medium size BELL PEPPER. ( leave it to simmer 5 minutes ) then ADD the spices.
1 cup. MALIH
1 cup. BAHARAT
1/2 cup. QORQOM
1/4 cup. FIL-FIL
JINJABIL ( minced)

>>> mixed it all and let it cooked for a at least 5-10 minutes, but it needs to check it and mixed it sometimes so it won't make it burn..

>>> put BANDORA ( cubes small size), CLOSE the QIDIR and let it cooked until it comes SOFT.

>>> ADD BAMIYA, can. FASOLIYA HAB, MOYa and SALSA then let it simmer a bit then READY TO SERVE..

RICE FOR MAMA.

RICE ( white )
BAJILA ( already cleaned and pealed )
SHABAQ ( chopped)
QORQOM ( a lil bit for color)

> boiling a water with BAJILA ( big green seeds ).

> MIXED IT ALL AND PUT IT IN A POT THEN COVER, BRING IT INSIDE.

KABAB SHAMI:

[ Note: separate KABAB for mama, fry it with ZIT ZETON ONLY. ( She doesn't like too much zit).]

> FRY THE KABAB SHAMI , if it's DONE put it at QIDIR mâ KHUBOS.
