2 whl. CHICKEN 🐔 (cut it all 2×4=8 pcs)
5 cup. RUZ/ESH 🍚 (rinsed it well)
5 pcs. BANDORA/ tomatoes 🍅( small sizes)
             KHAL/ venegar  ( remove the smell)
             FIL-FIL/ black ⚫ pepper
             QORQOM /turmeric
             BHARAT
             MALIH/ salt 🧂
             LEMON 🍋
             JINJABEL/ginger ( minced)
             THOM/garlic (minced)
              QOZBARA/MALUNGGAY/BANDONES
             CLOVES
              CAMUN
              HEEL
               ZIT/oil ( ZIT ZETON for mama)

MARINATE THECHICKEN..

>> Cut CHICKEN into the right size, rinsed it well then ADD  some vinegar to remove the smell...

>> put all the ingredients to marinate the chicken..
1    cup. BAHARAT
¼   cup. FIL-FIL
½   cup. QORQOM
1    cup. MALIH
2    cup. HEEL
1    pcs. LEMON🍋 juice

>>  MIX IT ALL,
Cover it a film then put into fredge leave it for 30 min. ( opt. But it depends on the time sometimes 15-10 min. Only..

>>  FRY CHICKEN,
if its done frying the chicken sit a side..

>> RICE,

Pboil WATER with SALT at QIDIR, if its already boiling.
  (RICE are same cups. Of  WATER and SALT)

>> ADD the RICE ( already clean.) Leave it untill become LONG..

>> if it's done remove the water of rice then sit a side.

                    >><<  GRIND >><<

QORQOM, THOM, JINJABEL, sit a side.

>> QOZBARA chopped.

        >> ♤<<  •ONIONS, big qidir•  >>♤ <<

>> Fry the onions until it becomes reddish/golden brown.

>> ADD QIRFA, THOM, CLOVES, BELL PEPPER mixed it all.

>> ADD the CHICKEN that ALREADY FRY.

>> ADD the GRIND ING..

>> 2 cup. MALIH
       1 cup. QORQOM
       1 cup. CAMUN
       1 cup. FIL-FIL
       2 cup. BAHARAT
       1 cup. HEEL.

>> ADD DRIED LEMON. ( black)

>> add BANDORA, leave it untill become soft..

>> ADD 1½ JAR. MOY'A/ water then MIXED it, and leave it for 30 minutes.

>> REMOVE the CHICKEN so it won't break the meat.

>> ADD RICE at QIDIR,
( QOZBARA/ MALUNGGAY/ BANDONES )

>> CLOSED THE QIDIR, let the RICE cooked.

>> then MIXED IT, PUT it ALL the CHICKEN at the TOP of RICE.

>> and let it HEAT at th MIDDLE of RHAAZ, so it would slowly cooked..
