LEMON 🍋
JINJABEL/ginger ( minced)
THOM/garlic (minced)
QOZBARA/MALUNGGAY/BANDONES
CLOVES
CAMUN
HEEL
ZIT/oil ( ZIT ZETON for mama)MARINATE THECHICKEN..
>> Cut CHICKEN into the right size, rinsed it well then ADD some vinegar to remove the smell...
>> put all the ingredients to marinate the chicken..

>> ADD QIRFA, THOM, CLOVES, BELL PEPPER mixed it all.

>> ADD RICE at QIDIR,
( QOZBARA/ MALUNGGAY/ BANDONES )>> CLOSED THE QIDIR, let the RICE cooked.
>> then MIXED IT, PUT it ALL the CHICKEN at the TOP of RICE.
>> and let it HEAT at th MIDDLE of RHAAZ, so it would slowly cooked..
