INGREDIENTS:

2 pcs. onions BASAL/BUSAL ( small cubes )
3 pcs. eggplant BIJINJAN ( circle big size)
- [( circle sliced ) is more than all ]
3 pcs. zucchini QUSA ( sliced circle )
3 pcs. potatoes BATATA/ POTAT (slices circle)it depends of the sizes.
ginger JINJABIL
turmeric QORQOM ( LIKE A GINGER )
4 pcs. tomatoes BANDORA/ TOMATOM/ TOMAT


rice RUZ/ ESH

> cooked rice as usually do, WHITE RICE.


GRIND;

4 pcs. tomatoes BANDORA/ TOMATOM

pot QIDIR:

> at the pot QIDIR , fry onions BASAL until golden brown. add SPICES.

1 cup. salt
1 1/2 cup. baharat
1/4 cup. bell pepper FIL-FIL
> then mixed it , cooked it some time

> then add the ( ginger and turmeric with BANDORA ) that already blend and also add tomato paste BASAL, then let it boil at low heat and check it also so it won't thick down.

> then if it's done, fry it all zucchini QUSA and potatoes BATATA add it to a pot QIDIR and ( eggplant BIJINJAN is add it only top..)

> mixed and cover let it simmer a bit.

> add the eggplant BIJINJAN at the top.
