In mikku's room

Sumi : ab bolegi kuch (he said softly)

Mikku : kya bolun ?......(blankly )

Sumi : yehi ki tujhe kese (cut...)

Mikku : i know it very well ki kab tere dimag mein kya chal ra hae

Sumi remained silent finding no defense to it ......

Sumi (thinking) : ye baat to sahi hae bilkul

Mikku : i know you know this ...

Sumi : hmm

Mikku : have rest mein kuch khane ko lati hoon

Sumi : nahi bhook ni hae kha ke aaya tha ghr se ..

Mikku : ya i know...... you had air in breakfast and lunch now have some soup taste change hoga (said taunting but very seriously)

Sumedh gave a little chukkle to this but stopped in fear seeing mallika damn serious .........

Mikku : i said have rest (low but stern voice)

Sumi : ya.. (being like a little frightened kid whose mom is already scolding him )

Mikku : i will be right back (told getting out of the room )

Sumi (to himself) : huff..!... kitni scary or seriously calm hae aj mikku ..... ohh god aj bacha lena isse ..... yaar bhot ache se janta hoon isse .... bas show ni karna chahti ki pareshan hae ...apne baare mein sochte sochte mein bhul hi gya ki or bhi log hain jo mere khush ya dukhi hone se effect hote hain ...huhh... galat kiya mene yaar moto ko bhot zyada hi sad kr diya ..... mein use isse akele ni suffer karne dunga i have to make her feel at ease......(then he closed his eyes resting his head to the back of the bed )

Mallika entered with a tray in her hand with a bowl of soup on it ..

Mikku : sumi utho chalo have this and take your medicines and rest ....

Sumi : tu hi khila de

Mikku : huhh... okk

Sumi : aa beth mere pass

Mikku came and sat in front of him passed him as sweet smile as she could ...and started feeding him ..

Sumi : tu bhi to kha !

Mikku : wo .... mene kha liya .

Sumi : you too can't lie to me ..

Mikku : hmm

Sumi : hmm ni eat

Sumi took a spoon full of soup blowed a little air to it so that it gets normal and fed her ....

They fed each other like this and then mikku picked the utensils and kept them in the kitchen as she came sumi was not there .... without thinking much she went to the balcony... and stood beside sumi ...

Mikku : aj mausam acha hae thoda

Sumi : hmmm

Mikku : sumi....... ...

Sumi : am sorry mikku ....

Mikku : for what ..

Sumi : am trying to run from the things happening with me ....i know i can't but.............

Mikku : i know.......i know what you are suffering from..... no need to explain..

Sumi : i want to ...

Mikku : continue then ....

Sumi : i thought this as the final destination of my life ...this relation with ......huhhh....Nisha.....(he paused closing his eyes )nisha .... i gave her my heart. ... par usne ek hi baat karne continously shadi karo abhii..... mene kab mna kiya tha. ....bas itna hi to kaha ki abhi ni kuch time baad jab mein responsibility lene layak hojaun tab .... but she left me (tears were flowing continously) left me crying...... i feel suffocated.....i am dieing everyday.... it feels like ab kya jeena hae .... par iss sab mein mein bhul gya ki kuch log hain jo mere rone se effect hone hain ...mein rota hoon to wo bhi rote hain ..(said wiping mikku's tears with his thumb cupping her little face with care ) i am sorry mikku ... mein as a friend nahi kr paya teri care .... mene dhyan hi ni diya ki mere har act se tu kitni effect hori hae ...i am sorry..(still cupping her face softly with both his hands she held his hands softly)

Not able to control more she hugged him crying....he too hugged her back caressing her hair to calm her .... self crying.....

Mikku : please stop drinking and smoking please ...

Sumi : i will try mikku ..i will tryy .....

They stayed like that for almost half an hour and then separated. .... feeling calm and much relaxed...... then they went in ....

Sumi : inna saara kuch akele suffer kr ri thi ...

Mikku: tu bhi to akele suffer kr ra tha ..

Sumi : mujhe akele choda kahan tune ..... chal ab time bhot hogya hae i should leave now ...

Mikku : take my car you don't have driver

Sumi : i will...(cut..)

Mikku : you will not drive ....abhi no risk please (said joining her hands )

Sumi : abe pagal hae kya hath kyu jodh ri hae .... (and hugged her) .... i will go in your car with the driver ok now chill moto ...

Mikku : kaddu....

Sumi chukkled a little....mikku smiled too and then he left to his house ...bidding her good night...

Sumi thought about mikku the whole day .... unintentionally he started comparing mikku and nisha in his tired head ..... reaching to a not so prominent conclusion that "if mikku was my gf she wouldn't have left me or ditched me like this "

The time he reached home he bruised all the thoughts off his head and fell on his side of bed disappointed........
