(after 5 years)

A little girl is running around the big house and behind her is a beautiful girl running to catch her ... and yes that's Mallika ...
"Maahi wait have your milk bachaa .... you will get late for school "
Maahi : i Don't want milk ....I want ice cream .....
Mallika : I will get you ice cream after school
Maahi : pakka?
Mallika : bilkul pakka

And then Maahi takes the glass of milk and gulps it all at once ..

Maahi : yymmmmmmm!! Chocolate 🍫

Mallika : chlo ab ....we are getting late baby

Then Mallika drops maahi at her school and leaves for her office .
As she enters the office everyone greets her and she greets back with a serene but serious smile .
A girl comes and shows mallika's schedule to her while walking only and they enter Mallika's cabin ....that girl is Mallika's secretary and best friend.

They both discuss everything for a while and then secretory leaves the cabin .
Mallika gets a call .... .  She picks up and her face pales .
Unknown: he is back ..but we are safe just wanted you to know ...are you okk?
Mikku : yes I'm fine Anurag...

Anurag is mikku's friend from long ago he is a school friend and the only person she trust with her life right now .

Anurag : I know you got the flashback ..but trust me he can't get to you ever .

Mikku : I know Anurag and I'm not worried for myself I'm worried for Maahi.

Anurag  :she is the safest with you don't worry I'll keep a close eye ....as close as I can get from USA to India

Mikku chuckles plainly .

Mikku : Anurag wo nahi aayega yahan tak?

Anurag: mikku he can't get anywhere near to you over here ..but am a little worried about your trip to India next month but whatever it'll be I'll always be there for you and Maahi trust me .

Mikku : I trust you Anurag...maybe he has moved on ...like it's been years now .

Anurag : hope so Babe... let's just hope for the best mikku ji (hungs up the phone)

Mikku smiles a bit relaxed but discomforted totally by the thought of him .
Shaking her her she concentrated on her tons of work again .

She returns home . Her own bungalow in USA .The one of the things she earned through her hardwork and loyalty
As she enters Maahi comes running to her hugs her tight .this is hr Daily routine. Maahi waits for her whole day and mikku makes it worth it by spending rest of the time with her ,Quality time. Rolly and Robin there two pet dogs Also come running . As mikku is an dog lover she loves them as her own child .
Her house is huge with lot's of rooms her personal gym ,library of her dreams, study and a lot.

Mikku : Maahi we are going to India next month for some work and a good tour ...

Maahi : reallyyyyyyy!!!

Mikku: yesss baby

Maahi : so I can see all the places you talked about .

Mikkh : yess off course bub

Maahi hugs mikku again and mikku tells her that there pets are also going with them which only makes her happier. But somthing is definitely bothering her which she refuses to admit but knows deep down the truth...

Mikku's pov
I don't know why this is happening to me I had to leave everything ,my family betrayed me , had to leave all my friends
It's been 5 years now I haven't seen anybody no contacts nothing .. they must be hating me now and forever. I'll be there in India after 5 years and again the threat is there but this time I am ready totally. And I'll fight now for my freedom from this fear . Here is the start to a happily ever after war will get to the peace for forever for me my Maahi and Anurag.

Next month......

Now it's time for mikku Maahi and Anurag to leave for India . Mikku and Anurag both can feel the sensation of discomfort of getting into a situation not very clear.  They exchange glances while on flight when Maahi looks at them and is clearly super excited to explore the new place the very place she heard a lot of things about from mikku .

Mikku : I think we should sleep now we'll have no time to rest when in India as we'll be touring a lot of beautiful places anx my fav. Ones tooo

Maahi: yayyyyyyy!!

Anurag: off course baby but for now you have to sleep to be active during the tour .

Maahi : okk okk you two ...huhhh (say dramatically making mikku and Anurag chuckle )

Mikku : (kisses her forehead) I love you baby .

Maahi sleeps but mikku and Anurag are totally awake they are trying to hide it from each other but they know how much the things are bothering both of them ......
Soon they land and get of to there hotel where somthing big somthing life-changing was waiting for them ..maybe the past was going to come in definitely stranger of ways ....
