Once they were all together, another angel had appeared again.
Bayonetta gave Cereza to Luka and said: " don't worry little one, i'm right back!" And went into Purgatorio to fight the angel. Elize, Harley and Tammin soon followed her and waited for the angel to talk a bit before the fighting would begin.
"The woman fled so swiftly. I am reminded why we have come to a rely upon the unreliable nature of humanity", the angel said.
'Sapienta'
"Wanna know the nature of humanity dickhead? I give it to ya: doing things that we aren't supposed to do but we do it anyway. Including killing filth like you", Harley said looking bored but said that with a smirk. The angel plained ignored him though.
"A valuable lesson, but not my purpose. I have come to evaluate you and determine wether you are worthy of your role in the resurrection of the Creator, Jubileus-" the angel couldn't even finish his peptalk before Bayonetta threw something in his mouth to make him shut up. Unfortunately, he bit it and that made everyone annoyed.
"Ugh, another talkative type. I don't think we've got time to entertain your blather. We rather hear it straight from your boss", Bayonetta said.
"Yeah, why don't they let themselves show!? Are they afraid to fight a Lumen and three Witches?" Tammin said high-fiving her brother.
"You are speaking of our boss!? The resurrection 500 years ago fell victim, to this human ineptitude, and we were unable to revive the creator. However, i must thank the Sage for his Witch Hunts. His impetus eradicated a vile clan from this Earth."
Elize her eyes widened and soon came to realize that her theory was right after all. There was another Lumen Sage that was the cause of this.
Harley was wondering why the other sage wanted to kill the last Witches. It's not like they can bring any harm to humans as there are only four left. Or maybe it's because they have the Madamas and the other Infernals on their side. Guess they had to find that out.
"Thanks to his efforts, this town has be ome the source of strength and we've gained a foothold strong enough to orchestrate the Creator's resurrection. All that remains is awakening the Left Eye and uniting the Eyes of the World. Then the new era of the Creator shall arrive!" Sapienta added before he tried to smash them. Everyone luckily was capable to grab some wood and use it as a surfplank.
"I will never allow for your dearest God to return. She got an internal slumber for a reason you know? Waste of time if you ask me", Elize said as the others pretty much agreed with her.
"And giving you the Left Eye? Never! It's the pride of the Umbra Witches!" Tammin said attacking one of the angel's faces on his legs to weaken him.
"Read that in our parent's book. The Eyes are an honor to posses! You will mate you're fate right here, right now!" Harley finished and did the same as what his younger sister did.
As expected, the Sapienta used meteors and lasers to hurt and kill them, but they knew how to avoid these things by now. It's only a shame that being on water is twice as hard to activate Witch Time and Light Speed though.
Elize and Bayonetta both attacked a face once more and then it was time for summon.
"CASASAM PIADAPH" Bayonetta yelled and went naked and the demon who appeared had the name: Phantasmaraneae. This Infernal looked like a giant spider. The three Witches used the hands of their contracts to keep the angel in place and Harley used his abilities to move it to the mouth of the spider. Phantasmaraneae bit part of Sapienta's face off and then disappeared.
"Round two bitch!" Tammin yelled as they all aimed for the face that was now visible.
"Everyone, we gotta do this two more times! Then it's time for the final!" Elize yelled as she used a Wicked Weave to stomp on Sapienta's face.
"ORG G!" Tammin yelled and Phantasmaraneae appeared again and they repeated the same action from before.
"One more time!"
But now they had to watch out as the 'lovely' angel went under water and made a vortex hoping that they won't get to him as he was already on the very edge of dying.
Some lasers and some obstacles later, they managed to activate Witch Time and Light Speed and managed to get to the angel his face, and attacked it with all their strength.
"PAR DS QAAL PASH!" Elize yelled and the Infernal appeared once again, only this time he isn't alone. He brought his children with him and bound Sapienta to a web what made the children attack him and ruin his body. Only a ruined head remains now.
"I have no idea why you would want this stone. It would absolutely look terrible on you. Much to flashy", Bayonetta said as she showed the angel the red gem that was in her watch.
"Stone!? You think that this is all about some worthless rock!? Hahaha! May Jubileus the Creator, Grace you!" The angel said before his head was being dragged down to inferno.
The twins looked at each other. Did Bayonetta really think that the Eyes are some pair of Jewels? They didn't know. And if we are being honest, they didn't really care either.
All of them went then to the surface before the vortex would close and they all jumped to a helikopter where Luka and Cereza were about to go to.
"Hello there Cheshire" Bayonetta said what made Luka almost fell out of the thing.
"Shouldn't you be, you know, flying this thing? I'm a bit occupied at the moment" she added as she took Cereza in her lap. Elize went to sit next to them and the twins turned into their bird form as there was almost no room anymore,
"Welcome aboard to Air Flight Luka! This is your captain, Luka speaking. Put on your seatbelts as this might be a bumpy flight!" Luka said after talking to Bayonetta for a short while. And now they finally could make their way to Isla Del Sol.
