Epilogue: Requiem

As Elize, Harley and Tammin got into Purgatorio and were on Jeanne's motorcycle. Well, the twins where in their bird form but still.

"Thank God, there is still time!", Jeanne said as she saw that Bayonetta and Blader aren't into space yet.

-a few moments ago-

As Jeanne had shot Bayonetta away, she was about to get hit by the rockets. But she used the red gem to protect herself. And with that, the spell to control her mind also disappeared.

-present-

Jeanne and the others went to jump on the rocket.

"Our Eye... Our treasured Left Eye... Will never fall into the hands of another! It is the pride of the Umbra Witches!" Jeanne said as she drove to Balder and Bayonetta. The twins ran as fast as they could. Thanks to being an Umbra and a Lumen, they could breath into space.

'I can't believe that that Lumen had brainwashed Jeanne into helping him! Now i at least know that she didn't wanted to do this in the first place. But i can't be at rest yet, Cereza has to be saved!' Elize thought as she looked behind her and saw angels were coming after them.

"Keep driving Jeanne i shoot them!", Elize said as she took out her gun and started to shoot the damned angels.

The twins couldn't really do much other then turning into a Hawk. As annoying flying and attacking with their sharp feather were, they just had to try. They had a friend that is in need to be saved.

"Get ready to jump!" Jeanne said to the twins as she jumped on parts of the rocket that was falling apart. If they wanted to make it to the other half, they had to jump. Luckily, being on a motorcycle and the twins being in their cat form, this was just easy.

"Hold onto me Elize! We gonna have to jump off!" Jeanne yelled as she threw her motorcycle away the second they arrived in space. Now they had to use Lynx Within, Leopard Within, and Cat Within to be as fast as possible to get to the top of the statue. They had to be careful as pieces of the rocket were burning and falling off.

"Ahh, Jeanne... You have provided me with many blessings. The one and only, authentic Left Eye. Merely seeing it must stern jealousy within you. Your body must feel form another universe around it", Balder said thinking he still has her under his control.

"We have no intentions of gazing upon the Left Eye! We are here, to reclaim our Umbran Sister!" Jeanne yelled as she went faster to get forward.

That is when Balder realized that his brainwashing was being broken. He used the power of the Right Eye to shoot a laser at a planet. And yes, it blew up.

"Great, now we have to watch out for Planet parts that are gonna fall on us! We have to be fast!", Tammin said running faster then ever. Her brother and the others followed. 

They managed to get to the top where Bayonetta and Balder are. Bayonetta, seemed to be unconscious as she was in the Left Eye of the statue. Jeanne and Elize had her gotten out of it luckily, or they tried to.

"Are you insane!? Unless both Eyes remain, the universe will lose it's balance, and face another Armageddon!", Balder shouted as he shot a laser their way.

"Then this thing should have slept for eternity! Now you must wake up Cereza!", Jeanne said shaking her friend, hoping she would wake up.

"Bayonetta! Wake up! The world has to be saved from some crazy Sage and it's Goddess! You aren't weak, you can survive! It's not because you awakened the Eye that you can lay down you know!", Harley said as he also shook her.

"Cereza! You are not the same person me and Jeanne locked away 500 years ago! Please wake up! You gotta fight for us, the world, yourself and the Witches that died in the hunts! OPEN YOUR DAMN EYES CEREZA!", Elize yelled.
