Chapter 11

POV Melanie

when we did the whole routine Chloe made us do, we went showering one by one. first Chloe than me and as last Jayden.

my best friend jumped on my bed and told me all the rumors she knows today.

Chloe picked the stone carefully and held it up to the sun it looked see-through when the sun shined but at night it would glitter.

her eyes are bigger than normal and it looks like her crystal blue eyes would fall out.

she closes her fist with the stone and says.

"That stone is so beautiful,"

when I wanted to reply.

the bathroom door opened and Jayden came out drying his hair with a towel.

"I know right, wish we could keep it," Jayden told them with still his morning voice.

How long does that voice stay?

"first of all did you brush your teeth? second of all, I didn't ask you anything," Chloe told him.

"Well, you see." he puts the towel on the rack and gives it a soft tap like it is his child. Jayden then goes in her direction and admits "You didn't even ask something,"

"Well- I mean- just shut up," she said.

"This isn't 'make a wish' Chloe," he told her rolling his eyes dramatically while grinning "anyway, your boy is HUNGRY!"

he goes downstairs and we could hear him open the fridge.

"Honey? where is my super suit?" Jayden yelled a random line from his favorite movie.

he closes the fridge and starts humming.

"Is he drunk?" Chloe asked me.
I raise my shoulders laughing .

we look at each other and then we hear the bell.

"I'll open it!" Jayden shouted.

we hear him open the door and the girl starts talking.

"Hey, sir would you-" the girl couldn't even finish her sentence when Jayden responded.

"No, I don't want cookies buh-bye" he closed the door, but the bell went again.

"Someone else open that damn door I'm not losing my money !" he yelled.

I go downstairs and see Jayden walking around with a cup of milk.

I smile at his action and open the door.

I see a redhead with long hair and brown eyes she has freckles on her face and gives me a heartwarming smile.

"Hello, Melanie,"

"I'm sorry but I know you from somewhere, I just can't remember."

"Oh don't worry I made you forget," she said with the same smile.

"What the fuck" Jaden mumbled with a mouth full of bread.

the girl then drops her smile and comes in.

" why did you just come in? you know we could kidnap you, right? besides -" before Jayden could finish the girl interrupted him.

"Can you shut up?" she asked friendly "you talk a lot,"

"she spied on us?" he asked me with a high voice.

"Well, let me introduce myself since all of you are so excited I am here," the redhead told us sarcastic and continued "I am Gaia, the fairy of nature and before you attack me I know that girl next to you is Melanie and she's a new witch, Jayden I know your grandpa was a wizard," she said in one breath.
