POV Melanie

Juvonier died in our eyes and hands. As if I haven't experienced enough deaths. It feels like a burden on my back but also a relief that this is almost over.

Gaia did a spell to make him disappear. She told us that we had enough trouble in her world, so we were teleporting to that old house again. I am going to do the spell today. We are going to remember every little magic that came into our lives.

We hold each other's hands for the first time and all think of that old house.

When all of us open our eyes we find ourselves in the same place as the first time going to Aepuala.

I brought every ingredient we needed and my book to do the spell correctly.

Chloe grabs the book and reads it again so we won't make a mistake and kill ourselves.

She puts my book on the ground and sits next to it.

our plan was: that Chloe would read and Gaia would help me make the spell.

While Jayden and Blade just sit down and stare. So we are sure they won't ruin something.

Jayden sits next to Chloe and Blade next to Gaia.

I sit in the middle.

We all look at Chloe who starts reading.

"Remembering our beloved forgot" she reads the title and continues. "This is the cure to undo the curse," she looks at us and reads " cause of death, loss of power, loss of blood, and losing your memories,"

"not recommending when you faint fast,"

Chloe looks at me, trying to tell me the warning.

"Yeah yeah just read the directions," Blade told her bored.

I nod and she starts reading again.

"Put a layer of water in the oodix,"

Gaia grabs a bottle of water and gives it to me. I let the water stream in the pan face us.

"Okay, put the whole viola Aryana plant in it."

I want to put it in there but Chloe tells me to wait.

"If it turns green you run before it'll explode but if it turns pink you are in the right place so continue," she tells me just to make sure.

I nod again and grab the plant out of the bag. Gaia told us for a faster result we should only put the petals in there so I did.

we all look at Chloe again.

"Put a single hair in the pan from your enemy if it turns green you're doing great if it turns pink add some of your hair and if it turns red it will kill you," she looks at Gaia "What if it turns red?"

Gaia looks at me "That's the warning for the magic,"

Jayden speaks up "is this with luck or something? how can we prevent it from turning any unusual color?"

Gaia looks at him as she explains "Some plants can bring liquids with them from other plants and sometimes the ingredients we have are expired or aren't fit for the spell"

I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding and put Britney's hair in it surprisingly the color became pink. I look at Chloe and she is holding the spell book tight. I snatch a hair from my head and put it in there. my hair turned damp and I let out another breath. The color is green again.

"After that, you put a single hair from a lover, the color should be red by now if it isn't you messed up and you'll get haunted by the curse forever even after death,"
