Meeting the gang

THE NEXT MORNING
I woke with a big pair of arms wrapped around me and I couldn't help but my smile while remembering the fun day I had with Dallas yesterday. I got up out of bed because I was planning on surprising Dal with breakfast "Not so fast" I heard him say as he grabbed me by my waist and pulled me back into the bed and climbed on top of me so I couldn't get up.

"Dallas cmon I was gonna make us breakfast" I said giggling. "No" he said with his morning voice as he held me tighter. "Please Dal I want to to make you breakfast" I said "fine" he said as he let go.

We got down stairs and I put the record player and I heard my favourite song blare through the house, something by the Beatles. I turned the stove on and started making pancakes when two strong arms turned me around by the waist and started dancing with me "I don't wanna leave her now, you know I believe in how" Dallas sang along as he danced with me. I couldn't help but blush. He is so romantic for supposedly to be the baddest greaser in Tulsa.

DALLAS POV
Once we got down stairs and she started cooking breakfast she turned something by the Beatles on, I decided I wanted to dance with her so I grabbed her by the waist and started singing along . She was blushing and it made me blush, she's made me change and it was for the better. "So um do you want to meet my friends?" I asked, I was nervous cause I know the boys will make fun of me but it's worth it. "Yeah of course I'd love to" she said back with a smile.

We started walking to the Curtis house and my heart started to beat faster and faster. This is the first time I bring a girl to the house. We go to the door and I stopped YN before we went inside. She looked confused I took a deep breath and said " They might look a bit rough but trust me there really good people and your the first girl I'm ever introducing them to" I said she smirked at me and said "Hopefully I'm the last girl too" she said. That gave me butterflies even though we aren't together there's something about her. I'm so happy I decided to take the seat next to her at the bar and boy that night was unforgettable. We walked in and everyone turned to the door right away. "Well now we know what you've been doing for the past few days" Darry came and pat my shoulder "you mean who he's been doing" two bit chuckled I could hear YN chuckling behind me and it made me smile, at least she can take two bits jokes. "Really funny two but I'd like you guys to meet YN, we met at the bar and I cant get enough of her" I said and wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled her closer to me.

YN POV
Dallas pulled me closer to him and I blushed really hard I moved my mouth closer to his and whispered "I cant get enough of you either" and he smirked back. I looked over to the house of boys and I saw 6 handsome boys infront of me "Hey guys I'm YN" I said as I waved. "Hey there YN I'm Darry Curtis" An older looking guy came up and shook my hand. "That's Soda and Ponyboy my little brothers" they both looked at me smiled. "Hey I'm two bit and that's Johnny and that's Steve" well it's very nice to meet you all.

Me and dally sat on the couch and watched Mickey Mouse with two bit , what a goofy guy he is. "YN, Dally will you guys be staying for dinner" Darry asked mr and Dal nodded our heads yes. I decided to get up off the couch and walked toward the kitchen "Hey where are you going" Dal said to me, I turned back to him "I'm going to help out in the kitchen it's the least I could do" and with that I turned and walked into to the kitchen and started cooking some chicken. I couldn't help but over hear the boys talking in the living room. "Jeez Dal shes a sweet girl I dont gotta cook for once" Darry said "yeah and she's hot too" Two but and Steve said at the same time they looked at each other and high fived realizing they said the same thing.

" Well dally I'd say you got yourself a nice girl, I'm happy for you" Johnny said with a smile "Thank you johnnycakes" Dallas said it made me smile. "Are you guys official Dal" soda said "yeah i was thinking the same thing man" pony added on. "No boys we aren't but I really like her, we met at Bucks the other day and I've been attached to her sense she's changed me and she's making me want to be a better person... I want to be good for her because I can't lose her and I'm too nervous to ask her out because I could be putting her in danger" Dallas said very fast.

I felt happy and sad at the fact Dallas was afraid to ask me out. I walked over to the living room "Dinners ready boys" I said with a smile they all ran into the kitchen and started to dig in. When I tell you there wasn't a single crum left I mean it. "Wow YN that was amazing you should come around more often" Soda said with his gorgeous smile "Thank you soda I try my best" I said back with a giggle. After awhile of getting to know the boys a bit better we all sat down in the living room and watched a horror movie. It was a pretty scary movie because even Darry and Dallas got a bit scared.

Me and Dallas were all cuddled up on the couch when he whispered in my ear "Hey YN" I whispered back "Hi Dallas" he took my chin and moved my face to face his "can we step outside for a second" he said "yeah of course" I said back.
We stepped outside and he moved closer to me holding me by my waist, he moved a piece of hair behind my ear and whisper again "I love you YN" I was taken by shock and the next thing I knew I was pulled into a kiss by Dallas Winston. I kissed him back and he smiled into the kiss and that's when he knew that I loved him too.
