Word had spread fast about the 17-year olds reappearance into civilization. Kakashi had just arrived back from a mission when he spotted her, she was sprawled out in the grass watching Itachi and Sasuke train.
"Senpai, is that?" Tenzo wiggled his finger at the girl before Kakashi slowly nodded his feet unconsciously taking him over to the girl who was staring at the two brothers.
He cleared his throat once he had gotten close enough causing the girl to sit up and turn to see Kakashi and Tenzo. Her eyes immediately lighting up at the sight of the pair, the two walked over before plopping down on either side of the girl.
"It's good to see you Yuna-chan" Kakashi smiled through his mask at the girl, a small smile flitting her features as well.
"I missed you, I tried to visit you but Itachi kept saying you weren't taking visitors." Tenzo muttered out, his face turning beet red as he gazed at the girl. He couldn't be any more obvious about his crush on her.
"I'm sorry, I haven't been handling things well lately. I owe you both an apology for essentially abandoning our team." The girl replied bringing her knees to her chest.
"How about I cook us some dinner later and we can talk about it? We just got back from a mission, I'd like to go report to the Hokage and change." Kakashi said ruffling her short hair causing the girl to whack him in his side. The action caused Tenzo to laugh at the sight, there's her sparkle.
"My place or yours?" The girl questioned, her gaze fixed on Kakashi's as she saw just how much he had grown since the last time they saw each other. He was no longer the angsty 20-year old but now a 22-year old man.
"Let's do mine, I'll see you at 5." Kakashi stood up, and looked at his companion who was enthralled at the sight of the purple haired woman.
"Tenzo? We have a report to make" his words snapped the blushing boy out of his trance as Tenzo stood up and followed Kakashi.
Yuna stared at the two as they walked away, she knew she would have to resume her ANBU duties sooner rather than later. She let out a sigh before she continued to watch the two train in front of her, feeling nothing but content. She loved her friends, she loved them dearly but everything still reminded her of Shisui and getting over that would be very hard.
"NEE-CHAN!!" Sasuke screamed, letting out a giggle Yuna stood up and walked over to the two . Itachi didn't even look the least bit phased but Sasuke was exhausted from the physical activity and training his brother had just done with him.
"Yes Sasuke?" She smiled, pulling him to his feet before ruffling his hair. He groaned in protest over his hair being touched, my my Sasuke was growing up. Letting out another giggle she picked him up before carrying him on her back.
"Yuna, it's your turn" she stiffened at Itachi's words of course he'd want to spar with her, they haven't trained in ages.
Placing Sasuke down she turned back to the other Uchiha, who smirked at the girl.
"Tsk, making me fight in a dress. You're gonna regret this Ita-kun" before she leapt at him immediately engaging in taijutsu with the man, she was slower than normal but both understood and accepted that since she had been out of commission for almost 6 months. Yuna had trained on her taijutsu heavily, Maito Gai was a great sparring partner for her as she was one of the only people who could actually keep up with him.
"You're slow." Itachi muttered, throwing a harsh kick towards her abdomen.
"I'm aware." Yuna spoke as she fell with a thud, Itachi was now on top of her and before he could protest the girl started weaving hand signs for wood style. Feeling his sharingan activate he tried to evade the wood that was now shooting out of the ground towards him.
