35: The Ghost of the Uchiha

As Yuna stood amidst the vast field, her sharp eyes scanned the bustling crowd in search of something, perhaps someone. Suddenly, a sharp gasp escaped her lips as she quickly ran forward, trying to adjust to her surroundings. Finally, her eyes fell upon her friend, whose face was pale and whose eyes were devoid of life. Konan knelt before him, her face etched with terror. Without hesitation, Yuna leaped forward, her heart determined to provide aid and comfort to her friend, to alleviate their pain and fear.

Yuna skillfully employed her genjutsu technique, known as Kotoamatsukami, to infiltrate the intricate labyrinth of Nagato's mind. Then, with her unique abilities, she activated her mangekyou and whispered a plea to safeguard his comrades. As she withdrew from the depths of his consciousness, the welcoming grin of the red-haired Uzumaki greeted her. Swiftly, Yuna utilized her seal to restore her vitality, preparing herself for the ensuing battle with unwavering judgment.

"Yuna!"Shisui, who had been brought back to life, appeared before her. His face expressed concern as he gazed upon the sharingan in her eye that matched his. "Madara has destroyed the five kage. Your mother is barely holding on. Where is Itachi? If we use our old ANBU formation, we might be a-" Yuna, with a solemn expression, gently raised her finger and placed it on the lips of her deceased boyfriend. She then slowly turned her head towards Nagato and Konan, who stood nearby, looking at her with concern.

"Nagato-san, Konan-chan, I need you both to find Itachi and stay as far away from Madara as possible. He wants your eyes Nagato. So, Konan-chan, protect him until Itachi and Sasuke fix this."

"Yuna, I want to fight. But, I cannot sit on the sideline-" During Nagato's speech, Yuna suddenly interjected, interrupting him mid-sentence.

"Nagato, I am a Commander. This is a direct order. You will obey. Your comrades are relying on you." Upon hearing the explanation, Nagato nodded his head in agreement. In addition, his shoulders seemed to ease down in a relaxed manner, indicating that he was at peace with the situation. "Once the reanimation is over, we won't have to worry anymore. Good luck, it was good seeing you, Nagato-san; please rest peacefully." Yuna whispered before turning back to Shisui.

"We need to go!" With a sense of urgency, he grasped Yuna's hand firmly and hurried her along. However, their progress was abruptly halted by the sudden appearance of Obito, who immediately zeroed in on Shisui's inappropriate behavior. In response, Shisui released his grip on the woman's arm. Then, Obito employed Kamui to instantaneously teleport to Madara's whereabouts.

As the Senju arrived at the war zone, she was stunned by the destructive flames that ruined everything. Madara Uchiha had caused chaos and devastated the once beautiful landscape, leaving the earth angry. She was speechless and in shock at the widespread destruction.

"We need a plan; when Itachi undoes the reanimation, I will have to leave again," Shisui spoke while Obito stood frozen in fear, and Yuna appeared eager to destroy the Ghost of the Uchiha.

"Once Itachi undoes the reanimation Madara won't be a problem anymore. Although it seems he understands wood-style jutsu, that could be a problem. I also foiled every single plan of his...maybe, I should go in alone." Yuna was deep in thought, her gaze fixed on her two boyfriends, who looked at her with a mixture of shock and disbelief - one alive and the other no longer with us.

"Absolutely not, "Shisui folded his arms and glared at her, stating his opinion. Obito stood beside Yuna and agreed with Shisui's assertion.

"Let me approach first, Obito, be prepared to use Kamui. Shisui, your body flicker will be convenient as well. We need to sur-" Yuna was interrupted by a loud crashing sound coming from the distance. Some of the trees had broken in the forest, causing a cloud of dust to rise from the ground.
