"What the hell, Yuna!" Kakashi muttered, whining to his peer as the duo made their trek to the village; Yuna giggled lightly as she took in the exasperated and annoyed expression he wore.

"I would never marry any man like that! He was an idiot, Kakashi! I don't want to be a housewife!" Yuna yelled as Kakashi continued to glare at her. Finally, she sighed and resigned herself from the argument. Although she did honestly believe Akio deserved it.

"Kakashi, if you saw how he treated me, you'd be angry too. A woman can be just as strong as a man. On the other hand, my mother might kill me, so I should start writing my will on our way back." Yuna sweat dropped at the thought of telling her mother this story. If she had yet to hear it. Yuna sighed, crossing her arms over her chest and deadpanning at the idea of returning to the village. She turned to her right to look at Kakashi, his expression had been grave, yet a hint of confusion was in his gaze.

"I didn't say that I wanted you to marry him. Next time, maybe not get us kicked out because someone wanted to marry you. I agree with you, but you can't just act like that, especially as a clan head." Kakashi relaxed after getting his emotions off his chest and took his book out of his pocket.

"I don't even understand why he even wanted to marry me! I'm a kunoichi, for heaven's sake! I don't want that life for myself." Yuna was irritated, more than irritated, actually. That man treated her like she was supposed to bow to his every whim. Yuna muttered a string of curse words until she felt Kakashi's chakra tense up; his gaze drifted towards the trees to his right before flicking his eye to look at her.

Someone's here. The unspoken message resonated throughout Yuna's brain as her kunoichi instincts kicked in. She felt for the weapons hidden under her yukata, moving closer to Kakashi to gauge his reactions.

Yuna paused when she felt the chakra of the unknown person, the familiarity warming her senses.

"I'll be right back," Yuna muttered, not even waiting for a reply as she jumped into the wooded area and followed the chakra. She began masking her own as she disappeared into the woods, knowing Kakashi would pursue her if she didn't. Yuna formed the hand signs for Shadow Clone jutsu and left a clone waiting for him to eventually catch up to her.

Yuna continued running through the forest, following the particular chakra, as she wondered if Kakashi could still sense her. Kakashi was incredibly talented in the sensory department. His ninekin and his sharingan made him an incredible tracker. Yuna wondered when Kakashi would recognize the chakra signature; she made her way through the trees until her eyes finally landed on an old friend. A fullhearted grin expanded across her features as she jumped down next to him, throwing her arms around his neck as he chuckled at her sudden arrival. Although, Yuna suspected he had known about her coming.

"Ita-kun! What are you doing out here?! Kakashi will kill you if he sees you." Yuna hissed into Itachi's shoulder, her arms on his shoulders as she pulled herself away to face him. Suddenly his features contorted, anyone who did not know Itachi Uchiha would say he looked solemn, but being Itachi's best friend, Yuna could discern his emotions quickly.

"What's happened?" Yuna whispered, her dark eyes meeting Itachi's even darker ones. Fear was etched into his eyes as he gazed at his best friend.

"You need to stay in the village Yuna, do not take any missions outside of it," Itachi whispered, looking around as if he was scared someone could hear him. Yuna let her gaze drift around the wooded area, and she felt Itachi's hand quickly brush hers as he passed her a scroll. Yuna knew not to look and promptly placed it up her sleeve.

"Why?" She questioned as his words set in, and he glanced around quickly before gesturing for her to stand up. The kunoichi stood up, grabbing his hands before he pulled his best friend into another embrace.

"The Akatsuki wants you. I'm assuming it is for your jutsu. Do not let a member find you under any circumstances. You need to stay in the village." Yuna tensed at the harshness in his words. Was there someone after her? "Sasuke left the village as well."

"Please come home. I miss you." Yuna breathed, struggling to hold back the tears as her body slowly crumbled.

"I love you, Yuna-chan; I'll see you soon," a thin smile planted on his face as he released their hug. Two fingers poked her forehead as Itachi's smiling face disappeared into a flock of crows.

"How did I know?" A low voice grumbled, eyes widening. Yuna swung her body back around and grabbed one of her kunai as the masked man threw himself at her. He stopped inches away from the young kunoichi's face as he intently gazed at her figure. Yuna shuddered, gritting her teeth and squeezing her kunai tighter.

"What the hell do you want?" Yuna hissed as a low chuckle resounded from the man's chest.

"Of course, Itachi already told you. He does make it rather easy to keep an eye on you. I'll be back for you soon, hime. There is nowhere you could hide." he whispered in her ear before Yuna watched him disappear into a vortex. She shuddered before turning again to run back to Kakashi. The urgency to get home now quicker than before after her encounter.

"Yuna!" She looked left, Kakashi was coming straight for her, and the woman slowed down to a stop as he caught up.

"What the hell happened? Where did you go?" He demanded. Yuna shook her head quickly, wanting to disappear as soon as possible.

"We need to go home now, Kakashi." Yuna sprinted off with Kakashi trailing behind her. The Princess was suddenly more eager to tell her mother about the masked man's intentions.
