Obito and Yuna were immediately engulfed in the aftermath of a heated battle upon arriving where they had left the Uchiha brothers. Yuna completely forgot what she wanted to say to Obito when she saw Itachi holding a blood-caked Sasuke.
All the blood in her body seemed to drain at the sight; Sasuke hung limp in Itachi's arms, and panic seized Yuna's chest at the thought of losing her little brother. The scorned look on Itachi's face was all Yuna needed to flinch back to Shisui; his death replayed in her mind, and through her blurry eyes, she could see that Danzo was dead behind the two, multiple limbs severed from his body as the black flames of Amaterasu burned him to shreds.
Justice. Danzo had finally had his day of reckoning when the survivors of the Uchiha massacre took revenge upon the man who took countless loved ones away from them.
"Yuna!" The haze that clouded Yuna's mind disappeared as she took in the rare onslaught of emotions that Itachi was showing as he held his brother. His stoic demeanor was tossed away for something much more worrisome than in the past. Her eyes then once again glued onto Sasuke, and the panic started to rise again. Frantic in her steps, she sprinted towards the two.
"No, no, no... how?" Yuna frantically muttered as she activated her seal and scanned his body using her medical ninjutsu to spot injuries to his chakra networks.
"Obito!" Yuna yelled, not even bothering to check his location; she had concluded that Sasuke would die if medical treatment was available soon.
"Let's go," Obito calmly said as he activated Kamui to teleport them.
The four were instantly moved to the Leaf's hospital; Itachi had once again pulled his figurative facade onto the outside world while Obito gazed at Yuna, he was drained himself, but Yuna was already standing up and beginning to bark orders to the hospital staff. Obito felt his anxiety soften just a bit as he observed how ferocious Yuna could be. She was a natural-born leader. It made sense that she was the Hokage in his eyes. He wondered if he had come back to the village instead would he be in her position?
Not long after, Sakura walked into the hallway, a scream leaving her throat at the sight of Sasuke. Her heels clicked as she sprinted down the corridor to the group.
"Sasuke-kun!" Her shouts rang through the medical department as heads perked up at the sound of the Uchiha's name. Obito watched the pink-haired girl run over to the group, her hands flurried across his body as she muttered about his condition to Yuna.
"I can handle this Yuna-Sama," Sakura muttered as the group quickly moved down the hallway to the operating suite. Obito's singular eye moved around to ensure no threats to Yuna's safety were made.
"Sakura-chan, you've been at this all day. Please let me support you." Yuna murmured, her eyes showing distressed concern for the young kunoichi. Instead of backing down, Sakura turned to look Yuna in the eyes.
"Hokage-sama, I can do this." Quickly a determined look replaced the tired aura surrounding the young kunoichi.
Obito watched a proud smile cross Yuna's face, and her steps came to a halt; she let out a loud sigh before speaking, "Then I shall leave it to you, Sakura-chan. Please send word as soon as possible on his condition." A look of surprise emerged from Sakura before the young kunoichi nodded and went to work.
"Itachi, are you staying?" Yuna eyed her best friend, and Obito felt himself jump to Yuna's side as Itachi seemly popped out of nowhere.
"Yes, I'll send a crow as soon as I get word. Thank you, Yuna." Yuna gracefully crossed the room, and Itachi found her standing before him. Yuna raised her right arm and poked Itachi on his forehead.
