A new beginning

Chapter 5

CARTER'S POV;

I woke up the next morning and noticed I went to bed with James, hope he doesn't mind. I get up and check my clock, it's 10:00am. I pick up my phone from the table beside the bed, 2 messages from Nathan. What does he want? I look at the messages;

Hey, it's Nathan.

Call me we need to talk;

He was the school comic book nerd until grade 10, then my girlfriend cheated on me with him, slut. That's also the year I met James, witch was awesome! I decided to call him and he picked up almost right away, "Carter! Man, what's up?"
"Not too much."
"It's been so long, anything new?"
"Well, I'm gay and-" he laughed.
"Ha, that's not new, Cart. You were always a gay fag." He continued to laugh, "anyways," he stopped, "I wanted to tell you I'm dating your sister, Mandy."
"What?" I was so shocked. Mandy was my twin sister.
"Yeah, she's a babe and her ass is niiice." I didn't answer. I can't believe that my sister could be so dumb to date that nerd.
"You know what, Nathan? You can fuck off and leave my life or I will find you and fuck you up!" I yelled.
"Of coarse you will, because your gay!" That's it, I fucking hate this god damn guy and Im gonna kill him!

JAMES POV;

I woke up to Carter screaming outside the room, "I will find you and fuck you up!" Wow, what a nice way to wake up. I knew Carter got mad easily but, who's on the phone? I got up and Carter was pacing back and forth.
"What's wrong?" I asked, still tired.
"Nathan is dating my sister!"
"Nathan Jackles, from high school?"
"Yeah!"
"That bitch!" I hated Nathan, he was an ass in high school, thinking he was better then everyone. Now he's dating Mandy?
"I know! If he becomes my brother I'm never going to let our kids near him." Our kids? What did that even mean, he was blushing now, "oh, uh. Sorry." he quietly apologized looking at his thumbs and he played with them. I walked towards him and lifted his head with me finger.
"Don't be." I said with a smile. He smiled back, "I wouldn't let our kids near him either." We laughed it off. when we stopped laughing we just looking into each others eyes before Carter hugged me.
"I love you, James." He mumbled in my shirt. I froze and Carter let go and stared at me, blushing once again. I just smiled, I was probably blushing as well. I grabbed Carter's hands, "Lets go kick Nathan's ass!" We smiled at each other and went out to the car.
Carter was driving and we were going to his sisters house. I am so excited to beat up the motherfucker I could die! We pulled into her driveway and slammed the car doors closed. We walked up to the front door and knocked. Mandy answered, "Carter! It's been for ever. Mom told me about you coming out, good job that must have been hard. Come in." we walked inside and saw Nathan eating Chinese take out on the kitchen counter, "Oh, I should go." and after that Mandy was upstairs.
"Hey, faggots." He said jumping off the counter and walking towards us, "what are you doing here?"
"It's my sisters house. Question is-" I cut Carter off.
"Question is, what the fuck are you doing on this planet still?" Next thing I new he punched me right across the face.
"Fuck you!" Carter yelled punching him back, making him step back and trip. Carter went on top of him and started to pound his fists into Nathan's face.
"Fuck you!" Nathan yelled.
"Motherfucker! Dont come near my family!" I watched in horror, Nathan's noise began to bleed along with one of Carter's hands. Carter got up and Nathan did shortly after kicking Carter in the stomach and slamming the front door behind him as he left.
"Oh my god!" Mandy called, coming back down the stairs noticing Carter in pain, "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine."

CARTER'S POV;

"I'm fine." I said holding my stomach, "Why the fuck are you dating him!?" I quickly got mad.
"I was lonely." She sighed, "He was an asshole. And I was an idiot for falling for it." She looked at me, "thank you for coming over."
"Anytime." We left a while after staying and talking and we were soon home.
I grabbed a bag of popcorn and put it in the microwave, me and James were going to watch a movie together. When the movie started I sat close to James and he put his arm up behind me on the couch, we had a blanket on top of us and the popcorn was on my lap. I'm so happy to be around James and he's so nice to me. About 25 minutes pasted and me and James were now laying closer together, I began to fall asleep on James chest, I hope he didn't mind. I heard his heart beat and it slowly began to race and he wrapped his arms around me, I smiled, I think he has a crush on me, and I drifted off to sleep.

JAMES POV;

Carter had his head laying on my chest as he began to fall asleep, how cute. A while later I wrapped my arms around him and my heart began to race. Soon after Carter fell asleep and I turned off the TV, I was beginning to feel tired too. I laid my head on the edge of the back of the coach and slowly fell asleep, I think that I might be falling for my best friend...
