The sun was setting down. And the nearsighted girl already walked the whole coast of the island and was back to where she first started.

(y/n) was sweating, thirsty and tired.

The only thing she got from this journey, she realized, was sunburns and swollen feets.

''THIS BASTARD LEFT ME IN AN ISOLATED ISLAND UUUUGGGHHHHH!!!!'' she whined to herself.

She, as any 21 century human, who is used to getting everything they want and need to their door (online shopping and food deliveries are miracles), has no idea how to survive in the wilderness all alone.

For fuck's sake she doesn't even know how to kill a cockroach let alone hunt for her food.

Her only saving grace was her backpack, which only had her three notebooks, a sketchbook, a small water bottle that was already empty, a deodorant, some pencils and an eraser, a couple of pads and her laptop with it's charger- it was completely useless for her situation-.

Sitting down with a groan, (y/n) removed her shoes and socks to let her feets relax.

As she blankly watched the sun set down while unconsciously playing with the sand with her hands and feet, she started thinking about the day so far.

She thought about the accident she saw on her way to college, and she thought about her own accident and how it must've looked in another person's point of view.

She thought of her family and friends and how they would react to her passing, she thought about her mom, who was waiting for her to achieve great things, how she wanted to achieve great things.

But it was all gone, in a blink of an eye.

Life is really short and you can't take it for granted, you just gotta live and hopefully you'll die with no regret.

Before she knew it she was crying, unable to stop the sobs and whimpers coming out of her throat, unable to stop the tears that seemed to be coming out like water out of a faucet.

(y/n) just sat there for minutes, hands on her face and just crying her misery out.

Crying this shitty day out.

After the vulnerable moment passed, she wiped her face from tears and snot, and looked up to the sky that was slowly turning dark.

Getting up, leaving her shoes on the sand, (y/n) went to the waters and let it soak her feets.

Bowing down, she scooped some water in her hands and washed her face with it.

It burned a bit because of the sunburns but she ignored it.

I'll survive, she thought, with new determination and fire lightning up in her heart, no matter what, I will survive, I will watch luffy with my own eyes as he gets the one piece, and i'll go back to my world stronger than ever and achieve my dreams.

You see, (y/n) decided a long time ago that whenever she cried, whatever the reason was, that she'll cry with all her heart for however long it'll take, but once she stops, she'll never cry about it again.

Learn from the experience, and not repeating the mistakes done yes, but never crying about it again.

And that's exactly what she did.

But first, she sweat dropped while looking back to the forest, she needed to find a way to eat and a clean body of water.

Taking a deep breath of the salty air, (y/n) walked back to the beach, picked up her shoes and socks, putting them in her backpack. She decided to just sleep next to a tree on the edge of the forest for the night.
