OMNISCIENT POV
THURSDAY. FEBRUARY 14, 2019.
——————————

"Mama, are you sure it's no trouble? We can always take her over to Karen's house.." Erica says.

Seated on the couch with the little girl in her lap, Janet waved the woman off. "You know I don't mind. We're going to be right in this house, watching movies and stuffing our faces. Right, pumpkin?"

"Yup!" The little girl exclaims.

Janet looked back up into the other woman's unsure face. "See? You two go have a good time and I'll make sure to call, in the morning.." She says and Erica nodded, looking over at her wife.

It was Valentine's Day and the two had plans for the entire weekend but were hesitant about leaving their toddler with Janet. Though they knew she would be more than safe, they still felt guilty about it but it has been a while since they've had any kind of alone time.

Kierra returned Erica's gaze with a sigh before she shrugged, picking up her bags. "If you nee—

"Bye, Kierra.." Janet cut her off.

The young girl chuckled and shook her head, opening the front door. She walked outside and headed to the car while Erica stayed back, approaching the older woman from behind.

She bent down to her ear whispered against it. "I know you want us gone so bad so you can get that man over here to break your back.."

Janet laughed and mushed her face. "Get out of my ear with that foolishness, Erica,"

"You know it's true, that's why you woke up so happy. You're about to get that good V-Day dick. I know that right! Just don't be too loud while my baby is awake, that little girl will mock everything she hears. Ask Ki. Oh, and wash the sheets when y'all done!" She shouted as she walked to the front door.

"Monique! Goodbye!" Janet yells.

The woman laughed, stepping out of the house. "I love you!"

"I love you more!"

"Bye Mama!" Zaya shouts.

"Bye, baby!" And with that, she closed the door and locked it behind her.

She walked down the porch as Kierra closed down the trunk to their car, walking to the passengers side. Getting inside, she pulled down the overhead mirror to checks her make-up and hair as Erica got the car started.

She glanced over at her wife and licked her lips, looking over her attire. She wore a red dress with black heels that tied up along her leg. "Ooooh girl! You're gettin' ate off the bone when we get to that hotel room," She says, sticking her face into Kierra's neck and wrapping her arms around the girls waist.

She giggled as she felt ticklish pecks being placed all over face. "Bae, you're gonna mess up my make-up.."

"I told you not to wear it. You're just gonna cry it off,"

"Cry it off?"

"Duh. You know I work that body good," Erica says as she backed out of their driveway. Kierra put the mirror back up and playfully rolled her eyes, looking out of the window.

"Whatever Erica,"

"I got your 'Whatever Erica'. You wait.."

Watching from the screen door, Janet held Zaya in her arms as she waved at her parent's moving car. "Are they coming back, Mommy J?" She asks.

"Yes, they're coming back. We will see them again, Sunday. Okay?" She says and the little girl nodded her head. The woman smiled and kissed her cheek as she closed the front door, walking into the kitchen. "What are we eating tonight?"
