Sadie's POV

The stare twinkle above my head, and I hold the big bundle of fabric in my arms as I wait outside the Big Donut for Lars. Since my arms aren't free, I can't look at my phone for the time.

I just hope I won't be waiting much longer...

As the lights inside the store turn off, Lars then walks out. He notices me, and his smile appears on his face. He attempts to run to me, but stops to lock the door. I walk closer, and he turns to greet me. "Hey!" He says, enthusiastically.
"Hey!" He sees me struggling with the blanket, so he takes it from my hands.
"What's this?" I smile, and lead him with me to the beach right across from the shop.
"I just thought we could go for a night swim, since it's warm enough." He trails behind me as I run to the beach. Thankfully it's another slightly warm night in Beach City, so it wouldn't be too cold to do a night swim together. As I hit the sand, I shakily kick off my sandals. I turn around, and see Lars taking off his sneakers and socks.
"Uh, Sadie, I didn't bring a bathing suit," I bite the inside of my cheek.

I forgot about that part

I should've snagged some shorts for him.

"Ya know what, it's fine." He says, as he steps on to the beach, and walks up to me. We walk a few more feet, and he opens up the blanket. Carefully he lays it out on the sand, tossing his shoes on top of it to keep it in place. Then, he begins to unbutton his white button down shirt. His shirt is fully unbutton, exposing his skin underneath. As he puts it on the blanket, I begin to eye him. He has a tattoo of a skull with a snake going through the eye sockets on his right peck, and then on the left side of his ribs, he has a bloody dagger.

He looks so hot...

He looks up at me, and I bite my bottom lip, looking away. As we face away from each other, I begin to take off my shirt and shorts. I stare down at my body, looking at my black bikini. "Wow, Sadie," I turn around, and see Lars has stripped down to his underwear. He has multiple tattoos littered all around his legs. All the tattoos he has are American traditional styled, and it suits him very well. "You look...great." I feel his eyes burning through me, as he admires my body. I hug myself, feeling flustered.
"Thanks," The crashing waves catch my attention, and I smile, "Ready to swim?" Turning around, I begin to run to the beach. Even though I try my hardest to be fast, my feet slow me down because of the sand. Out of nowhere, I feel hands grab my waist, and lift me up. I squeal, and giggle as Lars carries me and runs faster towards the water. "Ah! Put me down!"
"Not a chance, Miller!"

He splashes in to the water, and goes under, taking me with him. The water is incredibly freezing, and hurts my bones. I'm able to wiggle free and come to the surface. He follows behind me, laughing. My soaked hair blocks my vision, so I slick it back. "You got my hair wet!" I exclaim, not wanting it to be wet. He ignores me as he laughs, so I splash him. As the salty sea water gets in his mouth he couldn't help but gag. Now it was my turn to laugh.

This feel so nice.

Lars splashes me back, and it gets in my eyes. "Gah!" I say, my eyes beginning to sting, so I splash back in defense. We continue our playful splash fight for awhile, but it soon gets tiring. For awhile, we talk and float around in the calm ocean, the energy around us being peaceful and inviting. But it doesn't take long for us to begin to shiver, both of our lips turning blue. We both swim back to shore, taking some of the ocean water with us attached to what we were wearing. We make it back to the blanket, and lay down, feeling exhausted. "This has been a great night."
"Yeah, it really has been." We turn to each other, realizing how close we are to each other. Lars props himself up on his elbow, his head hovering over mine. His wet, soggy hair falls over his face, some sea water drops down on to me, but I don't care. As he leans closer, I couldn't take the anticipation anymore. My hand goes to the back of his head, and I pull him down to me, our lips passionately crash together.
