Caitlyn's POV

I was surprised about how much saying that would affect her. I mean I did expect her to be surprised but not cry. It broke my heart how she thought I was going to think poorly of her guess she's never got to uncover her emotions to anyone. We are now outside of Jericho's, of course Y/n had time to recover. She still was sniffling but it wasn't as noticeable. As we walk closer we see the rest inside already at a table and laughing. I smile to myself as I think of how grateful I am to be friends with them. It's only been six months but it's been a lot of memories

"You aren't afraid of death but you're afraid of water?" I ask. "I'm not scared. I just- it- I don't want to swim!" Y/n yells. Vi swam beside me "Bullshit you don't know how to swim." Vi snorted, I gasp giggling."You don't know how to swim?" I ask holding back a smile.Y/n ignores me "Vi shut up, you're irrelevant!" Y/n says. She was standing at the edge of the pool in a sports bra and swimming trunks. Vi shrugs and starts swimming on her back. Y/n continues making up excuses for her not to get in. I don't pay much attention as I see Powder slowly and sneakily approach her from behind.

"-So it's not that I can't swim I just don't want to- AHHH-" her scream was cut short once she hit the water. As we all started to laugh until it hurt. I also noticed Y/n never swam to the top...

I learned something new that day.

Y/n doesn't know how to swim.

We walked in Y/n being Y/n, she opens the door and bows. "M'lady." She imitates a very bad British accent. I roll my eyes. "Thank you. Madam" I play along and walk in. "Anything for M'lady." She walked in behind me and held my hand as we made it to the table. "Yo d'you guys order already?" Y/n asked the group. "Yeah, but we didn't know what you guys wanted." Mylo says while showing Claggor something on his phone. "Mylo, we get the same thing every time." Y/n says.

"I wasn't the one who ordered though." Mylo said. "Then why didn't you just say that idiot?" Y/n asked. Vi's voice appeared from behind us. "Oh, Sup guys. I just ordered already so we're good." She handed us all a cup to get drinks. "Mylo you are a bitch." Y/n smacked the back of his neck. He slapped her hand away "Hey! What the fuck Y/n?" He yelled. She gave him a shit eating grin. "My bad." She apologized before wrapping her arm around my waist and kissing my cheek.

"Let go get drinks, yeah?" She asked tone way fondly than the tone she use to talk to Mylo. I nod smiling. She gave me a smile back and pecked my lips. "You're cute, we should go out some time." She says. We began walking to get our drinks her arm still wrapped around my waist. I pout  "I'm sorry but I already have a girlfriend." I say getting ice. She clicks her tongue. "She can't look as good as me though, right?" Y/n asks. I pause to look at Y/n up and down. "Not as good" I look at her lips then her eyes giving her a smirk.

She licked her lips. "Is that so?" she smirked back at me. "You guys are weird. Move Y/n I wanna get coke." Powder appeared from behind Y/n. She pushed her away and got her drink. Y/n rolled her eyes and scoffed. Once powder was done she left grumbling a few words under her breath. Y/n already had put ice in her cup so she then filled it half way with Hi-C then the rest with sprite.

I gave her a confused look. She grabbed a cap and straw and mixed the sweet concoction. She took a sip and smiled. "Want some?" She asks showing me the drink. "Why not just get the Sunkist? it's literally fruit punch." I say filling my cup with lemonade while pointing at the soda. "It's doesn't taste the same." She shrugged taking another sip of her drink. "Yeah that's because Hi-C isn't soda." I say. "Yeah, so I made it soda." She says giving me a cocky smile. I roll my eyes and sigh. "Let's go back to the table." I say. "Okay" she took a sip of her Hi-C mix smugly.
