The sky was dark. Thunder and lightning attacked the Palace of Hastinapur vigorously. The wind howled and the ground shook.
A dark aura clinged around Hastinapur. The people of Hastinapur hide inside the house, praying to Lord Shiva to help them overcome the calamities.
Inside the Palace however, it was a differed story. The maids ran up and down the corridors bringing cloths and hot water.
The king had holed himself in his personal chambers declining to meet anyone. Maharani Gandhari and Kunti stayed together inside Gandhari's personal chamber.
The Pandavs except Yudhisthir, pondered around Draupadi's room looking worried and aghast with the situation.
Nakul walked towards the window and flinched as a strike of lightning passed down that instant.
" The gods are angry," Nakul murmured causing the rest of his brothers to frown.
The door opened causing the Pandavs to raise their eyebrows as they gasped. Bheem and Arjun frowned and walked towards the door.
Arjun's face turned into a mixture of shock and anger as he saw Angraj Karn hauled their brother inside.
" What have your mithir done to my brother!" Bheem boomed as he glowered at Karn.
*Smack*
Nakul and Sahadeva's eyes widened. Arjun blinked, stunned at Karn while Bheem gulped as he touched his cheek.
The same cheek that Karn slapped causing him to narrow his eyes.
" How dare you low life-" Bheem began when Yudhisthir shouted at him to stop.
" But Bhrata! He-" Arjun began when Karn narrowed his eyes at the Pandavs.
" If anything happens to my sister, Mark my word Yudhisthir! I will not allow your brothers to live!" Karn growled causing the Pandavs to narrow their eyes.
" How dare-" Arjun and Bheem began when Yudhisthir sternly told them to stop.
Karn exhaled his breath loudly and wagged his finger at each Pandava putra before striding away.
Nakul walked towards Yudhisthir and placed his hand on his eldest brother's shoulder.
" What happened?" Nakul asked Yudhisthir who swallowed his saliva.
His mind pushed forward the lovely memory from last night causing him to swallow his guilt.
" I have made a big mistake," Yudhisthir said causing his brothers to frown.
" What do you mean? You went missing the whole night and then suddenly there was a commotion and the chief physician was called. Now Angraj dragged you here," Sahadeva said causing Yudhisthir's eyes to widened.
" I have to go," He said and quickly walked away.
The other four brothers frowned and looked at each other before following Yudhisthir.
Arjun's eyes widened and he glanced at Nakul who looked equally bewildered as Yudhisthir stormed into Aaratrika's chamber.
" Who asked you to come here!" A loud voice boomed causing the Pandavs to hurry.
