Jotaro and Karma both had to change in different ways when they went their separate ways. Whether it was for the best or not was still unknown. But the past didn't matter now. What's important is the present, and the present currently involved Karma rambling a very long and quickly said apology, which wasn't necessary, in Jotaro's opinion.

"I know it's been a while and in my defense, I did try and get in touch with you, but it's kinda hard when we're countries and oceans apart. And I always did plan to find my way back to you, but some shit kinda went down and- That's not the point. The point is I'm here because some guy with a god complex and magic powers wants to kill you and your entire family, and I want to help. I know I don't need to be here, but you're very important to me and I don't want anything to happen to you, JoJo."

"You didn't rehearse that, did you?"

"...I had to take a shot just to come over here."

And for a second, Jotaro smiled - an actual real, not fake smile - that caused Karma's eyes to widen in disbelief. For Jotaro, his best friend - the only girl who stuck by him and defended him - from childhood was back. He was happy (not like he would admit it though).

Before Karma could admire his smile, he tilted his hat and head downwards as he muttered his signature phrase, "Good grief." He gave Karma a second look, analyzing her every move.

Karma had changed out of her colorful top and instead switched into a white top that revealed her toned stomach. A black leather jacket rested on her shoulders. She also wore white baggy pants and simple black leather shoes. Her hair was down, with her usual green head scarf tied around her neck. Green lipstick that matched her color scheme was added, and gold hoop earrings and other jewelry were a necessity for Karma. Though, her arms were littered with homemade and cheap bracelets.

Yeah... this was definitely the rebellious seven-year-old he knew ten years ago.

Though it was subtle, he appreciated the effort she made in her appearance, even if she added her own flair to it. He knew his mother was going to freak out when she sees Karma. She'll probably ask her where she goes shopping too.

"AHEM," a loud obnoxious cough cut the air, interrupting their admiring (at least that's what the others would call it) of each other. The two teenagers turned to face the culprit. "While I just love this touching reunion, and trust me when I say LOVE, we kinda got a bigger problem."

It was then Karma began to take notice of the two men surrounded by Kakyoin's unconscious body staring straight at Jotaro and Karma. Leaning around Jotaro's body, she peered a look at them, before glancing at Kakyoin. "Is he dying? I swear, I thought I removed all the Wolfsbane..."

"Wolfsbane?" Jotaro questioned.

"Cherry tried to kill me after you left. I'm guessing he did the same to you."
