"Am I high? I swear, I thought I quit."

Kakyoin gave Karma the side-eye. "Should I be concerned?"

"Possibly."

Floating before the Crusader's little lifeboats was a gigantic fucking freighter ship that looked like something from a movie. Stairs from the boat began descending for them to climb aboard.

The crew members gasped and looked at it in awe, giving loud cheers of joy. Meanwhile, Jotaro stared at the ship with narrowed eyes.

"Jotaro, something's bothering you, isn't it?" Joseph asked his grandson. "You worried another Stand user's on this thing, too?"

"Not quite," Kujo replied. "Strange they lowered the stairs, but there's not a single soul to be seen anywhere."

Polnareff eagerly bounded towards the stairs. "The ship came all this way to rescue us! Some sort of crew has to be on board! Well, I don't care if they're all Stand users. I'm getting on this boat."

The Crusaders exchanged glances before hopping off their small lifeboat. Karma remained seated, glancing at the boat doubtfully. Anne hesitantly stood up while looking between Karma and the vessel. Jotaro and Joseph stopped in place to look at the two girls.

Jotaro turned and held out a hand for Anne. "Take my hand, kid. I'll help you up."

She looked at his hand uncertainly before turning to Karma for advice. Karma gave her a nod of approval, letting Anne abruptly run to Mr. Joestar and jump into his arms. She stuck her tongue out at Jotaro and allowed Joseph to walk with her up the stairs.

Karma chuckled at the scene, watching Jotaro with a thoughtful stare. Cute...

"Good grief," Jotaro sighed.

"That's another five yen!" Karma yelled, still sitting in the lifeboat. Her arms were behind her head, showing she had no intention of getting on the boat.

"I'll give you five yen if you get on that boat with us."

Making a disgusted face, she stated firmly, "I am not getting on that demon transportation."

"You would rather be sitting in the middle of the ocean all alone in a small lifeboat with no food or water, not knowing when we'll be back and dying of boredom?" Jotaro queried.

"Well, when you put it like that... but still." Karma walked towards him and whispered to him, putting a hand to cover the side of her mouth. "There's something off about that ship and I don't want to get flung into the water again, because of it.'"
